Now as for Jim Cummings voicing King Louie, and being able to mimic Big Band leader and crooner, Louie Prima...YES!!!

The BEST reproduction of a Jungle Book voice though goes to the late Tony Jay. His rendering of Shere Khan was not just spot on to the late George Saunders (the original Shere Khan) but I think Mr. Jay's characterization was superior; and when he reprised the work for Jungle Book 2, he made the 4-footed version of Shere Khan even MORE evil.
