History: When Maxwell was a young puppy he got attacked by Reggie and that's how his white mark on his left eye came to be. Ever since he met T.P's gang he has secretly had a crush on Georgia but doesn't want to tell her that because of the way she talks to other dogs besides T.P, she is mean towards other dogs which is why Georgia is considered the nickname "Little Miss Know It All" by everybody in the gang except Maxwell. Once Maxwell took Georgia to Tony's and had spaghetti dinner there with her and Georgia told and expressed his feelings towards him and told him that she thought that he was so cute and hot, which then Georgia kisses Maxwell on the mouth because he was full of spaghetti but then noticed what she had done and blushed, so did Maxwell and gave her a friendly kiss back. Maxwell thought that Georgia liked T.P more than she  did to him but she didn't because he saw Georgia with T.P and Georgia told T.P that she liked someone else too and T.P decided that he should be with Gia and that's how T.P and Gia came to be with each other forever and together. Maxwell isn't owned but the collar is a trick for the dogcatcher so he won't take Maxwell away to the dog pound and get killed if he doesn't get adopted and get kicked out of T.P's gang, when Buster and Bull see Maxwell they think he's a housepet and owned because of the collar and make fun of him, but Maxwell knows he isn't owned and doesn't get annoyed or bothered about it. The dogcatcher is his ultimate number one enemy and rival of all time and makes fun of him the most and he gets annoyed and bothered the most with the dogcatcher around making fun of him, sometimes Maxwell wants the dogcatcher to get arrested and fired and have a dog that fits the dogcatcher's personality and go live somewhere far away from Maxwell like Hawaii or Australia, but it has to be far away from where Maxwell is living in right now. Once Maxwell bit the dogcatcher and attacked him and he sent the dogcatcher to the hospital with a bitten and broken arm and Maxwell was thinking right then and there " Suits him right, he should've known better than to mess with a dog like me!" and Maxwell and the dogcatcher have been enemies/rivals ever since that has happened.
