Everyone has a different opinion about Nala's father.Some say that it's Scar.Others say it's not.Here's my theroy.

Nala's father is an unknown lion who left the pride because he new that Scar was going to kill him because he wanted to mate with Sarafina.Nala also had a younger brother who died shortly after their father departure from depression.His depression,Nala's depression,and their mother's depression.Nala's father went to a pride that contained only a few lions who leader died.Thet leader being his brother.His brother left pride rock after being attacked by Scar because his anger got the best of cubsitting.Nala's father became the leader of his newly found pride and was never senn again.

That's my theroy.Some will and some won't agree,but I don't mind if they don't.

I think its clear that Simba and Nala were arranged to marry, so perhaps Nala and her mother Sarafina came from a different Pride and joined Mufasa's pride with intent on Nala getting married into the royal family. Like some good will between prides to form an alliance. So her father might be from far away. However Scar probably did mate with Sarafina, and had a different cub, maybe Vitani.

i agree it might of been another lion, cuz it wuldnt make sense to be with sum1 thats related to dem in sum way! and besides in one part simba says "i cant marry her, shes my friend." and if she wasnt he wuldve said sumtin else rite? excactly!

i think nala's father left the pride before nala was born, but i don't think it's true that he found another pride.

it dosen't really sound convincing as a theory to me .. more like a possible story of what you think happened. Maybe you should write a fanfic about it?

I think sarafina was the wife of a king from another pride & Sarafina ran away to the pridelands due to starvation in the pride & joined Mufasa's pride already pregnant with Nala.

"These are all good theories, and i would like to agree with them...but ppl have argued about this for a long time, and Disney have officialy said that Nala's father is either mufassa or scar. Which means that she is either simba's half sister orm cousin! Eeww!" May I ask where you heard this? Anyway, I believe that Nala's father was a rogue, or perhaps, like you said, a lion who left the pride, most likely a friend of Mufasa's. However, people can believe what they like. You can believe it's Scar, or Mufasa, or anyone, but there isn't a definite answer.

My artical is taking AGES to post, so i thought id say it now: Right, Zira ahd an unknown mate, so did sarafina, there cubs BOTH have blue eyes. RIGHT: So maybe Zira and Sarafina had the same unknown mate. Thus resulting in the fact that maybe Vitani and Nlala, are ralted, this is probobly were the theory that Vitani was nalas cub. But the mate just lived to a really old age and was able to mate and had another cub. Vitani

Well actually I disagree because in the movie,Scar paid no attention to Sarafina and if Scar wanted to mate with her he'd pay more attention to her.And I think Nala didn't have a brother because in the movie the loiness's only had one cub at a time so probably the hyenas killed Nala's father.
