Zira's Cubs
This is to get things straight about Zira's cubs.
noel : I searched Zira in the encyclopedia an found this:
Zira was Queen of the Pride Lands when Scar was king, as she was his mate and the leader of the Outlanders. With Scar, she bore two children, the oldest being Nuka and youngest being Vitani. She became pregnant with her third child, Kovu, by an unknown lion.
I don't know if this is true, but it was in the encyclopedea?

I think Sarafina is Vitani's mother. Nuka could be her only blood child. Hence the scene were Zira mourns Nuka, yet quickly turns on Vitani in the end of the movie. Vitani could have been so young, she didn't remember her real mother. |

I agree with Nessa and Kiara_fan. It makes more sense to me that
Zira had her kids with someone else, then fell in love with Scar. It sounds a bit dodgy to me that Zira would have two kids with Scar and then randomly mate with somebody else, especially since she was so devoted to him. BTW, watch that deleted scene. Nuka doesn't act at all like a son of Scar. |

Honestly I think that after Scar's (well maybe) death, Zira got a
new mate, with whom had Kovu. It makes sense. If you know this already I am sorry I'm new to this. |

Zira was probably the queen of the pridelands when scar ruled until simba came back.also it true that vitani and nuka r scar's children.y did zira have another cub(Kovu) with unknown male.and if kovu isnt the son of scar why did scar want him to take his place as king of the pridelands.he could of choose his real son Nuka. |

ok ok zira had all three cubs with some other lion. then she meet scar
and became mates but did not have a cub. so scar hand picked kovu to
be the next leader . just because nuka is the oldest does not mean
that is has to be the leader.  |

i don't think that Nuka was scar's son because in that deleted seen he
is like "where's scar?" and if scar was his farther he would call him
dad... i don't think scar actually fall in love but his favorite
lioness was probaly zira but i don't think he wanted to have cubs but
he still had to pick someone to take over the throne after he died so
he picked Zira's cub kovu. |

Nobody really knows. Infact, in Simba's pride books Disney contradicts
themselves somtimes saying Zira is only a follower and then that she
is Scar's mate in others. Not to mention when a book said that Nuka
and Vitani were only Zira's workers or something like that. |

What puzzles me is that Kovu and Nuka look like Scar but are not his
sons, but there is no other Lions like Scar. Besides, who would the

cubnaped from another Pride,Probablily shortly after Vitan was born.(I
