Character.

     Amara is a sweetheart but she's just as fiesty as her mother. Curious and playful, she is her mother's sunlight and whole world, the only thing that can put a smile on her mother's face. Mara loves her mother to no end and they share a strong bond with one another. Happy with the little things, Mara doesn't ask for much. She's a simple girl but she does have a fantasy to hopefully be queen of a pride someday, and she hopes to be as great of a hunter as her mother.

Likes: relaxing in the shade with her mother. sun basking. playing with her mother. watching her mother hunt. swimming. water.

Dislikes: biting insects. when her mother misses a hunt(because she hates seeing her mother upset). when her mother has to fight off rival males.

Fears: being alone or being abandoned. death. severe injury. loosing her loved ones. loosing her mother. rival males(they pose a huge threat to her and her mother).

History.

     Amara was born several months before her mother, Cara, was exiled. Imara was too young at the time to remember any of it, and her mother hates to talk about that day and Mara doesn't ask. Her father is unknown to her, so Imara simply goes where ever it is that her mother takes her. A solitary life with just her mother can be lonely, and Imara must do with whatever playmate she happens to find, be that a tortoise, a butterfly, or maybe a visiting cheetah cub. But her mother occasionally does play with her just to keep her entertained, but deep down Imara has always hoped to find a new pride to call home. (more to come when she's a bit older)

Relation to TLK: She is Nala's niece, and cousin to Kiara and Kopa.
