History:

During Scar’s reign, a little before Nala set off to find help, Tama decided to find help at first. She wandered and wandered, and at last arrived at a beautiful jungle. She found a lion who was actually Simba, but both couldn’t recognize each other. Tama liked him, and tried to be friends. But he was not much interested and never told his name. Tama also didn’t. At a time, the lion refused. So, Tama returned to the pridelands for some days to rest. And she found herself pregnant. Of course Tama knew whose cub this was, and she told it to the other lionesses. As Tama needed to rest, Nala went to find help instead. She arrived at the same jungle and found Simba.

After Simba took over and Nala was his queen, Tama could recognize him. Soon after that, the cub was born. Tama knew it was Simba’s first child and he should have the will to be the next heir, so she went to Simba. But as refused, Tama got worried. But she began to bring the little boy up and named her ‘Bakari’. Bakari was a healthy, naughty and stubborn kid and didn’t try to listen the adults. He feared his father, and also didn’t like him much. For, he knew he could be his heir. After Kopa’s birth, the next heir, Bakari sometimes did play with him. Simba was happy seeing his two sons play happily not fighting with each other for being half- siblings. But Nala didn’t knew. Tama was happy too.

Bakari taught Kopa many things, but at a time when Kopa began to grow naughty like him, Nala said not to come near him. Soon, Kopa was killed by Zira (he actually ran away). Bakari was upset. But then soon, he was told to take care of Kiara.

Bakari was an young adult by then. He sometimes wandered off from the pridelands and return after a time. When Kovu entered the lands, he always tried to fight with him, but he got along with Kiara. Bakari’s most playful friend was now Kion, the new prince. Though, Bakari was much older, he still plays with little Kion.
