Personality: He has a good heart, but he may appear rather cold and distanced. He's often cautious and silent around others and prefers to stay out of trouble. As every rouge, he can be short-tempered and defensive when someone or something disturbs him.

Likes: baths, hunting, Simba
Dislikes: Being alone. He has a grudge against his mother after she became abusive.

Story: Bomvu was born shortly before Tanglemane lost his pride for two rouge lions. He had many step siblings and one biological sister, who was born bigger and healthier than Bomvu, so all his father's attention focused on her. Feeling ignored and forgotten, Bomvu was growing to be rather shy cub who prefered to spend time alone or stay with his mother rather than play with older siblings or even trying to get noticed by father.

When Tanglemane was exiled, Bomvu's mother took her cubs and followed her mate. Even though she wated to stay with her mate, she did not take leaving her pride easily. Bomvu noticed his mother grew bitter and angry, often snapping at her cubs or mate for no reason. This was upsetting the male cub since he was very fond of his mother when they lived with the pride, but because of her current behavior he didn't spend much time with his familly anymore. He was wandering around the waterhole, making friends with various animals, but as he did that, he realized how much he neglected the company of his half siblings, wasting the chance to make friends with other lions.

After Tanglemane finally chased off Bomvu's mother, Bomvu decided to spend more time with his siter - a lioness he didn't really get to know. The two began to go hunting since their father was often feeling bad because of his old age. One day when they went back from a hunting trip, they learned that Tanglemane made friends with a stray lion cub. Bomvu was coming to the waterhole everyday, eager to meet the lion his father told him about. Both were very glad to meet each other and Bomvu was happy to have a new playmate.

When his father died of old age, Bomvu started to spend even more time with Simba and he often kept asking his friend to start a bachelor group and go looking for pride, but Simba kept refusing. One day Bomvu came to the jungle just to find out his friend was gone...
