Backstory: Shasta and his twin sister Jasmine, Were born in a pride just outside of Prideland territory. They had a big brother who was just a few years older them, who was being cubsitted by Nala whilst his mother gave birth, His name was Kaleb. Jaden, Mufasa, (who was good friends with Jaden, Shasta's fathers Cubhood) was there to Witness their birth along with Rafiki who was there to aid the birth. He helped Esmerelda and Jaden pick the names for the two cubs, They named the male cub, Shasta and the female Jasmine. Shasta was born a few minutes after Jasmine as was slightly underweight and smaller then his sister.

A few weeks after his birth, Shastas parents went to the pride lands along with his brother and sister to visit Mufasa and his family, only to be told by Rafiki about Mufasa and Simbas death and that Scar, who Shasta's father has never got along well with was now King. Distraught about the news, His family went home and Jaden held a ceremony in tribute to Simba and Mufasa. He opened his pride to any rouge lions who were getting away from Scars reign.

As a cub, There wasnt much other cubs around besides her brothers to play with so Jasmine got bored easily. As much as she did love playing with her brothers she get bored rather easily of playing with them. One day Jasmine decided to venture out of Gesin territory and ended up accidentally venturing into Prideland territory and bumping into Nala who was rather weary of her and questioned why she was here, Jasmine explained to Nala what happened and why she was here. It took Nala a while but she soon calmed down and decdided to introduce Jasmine to her friends, Kula and Tama. Nala, Kula and Tama were quite a bit older then Jasmine but Jasmine didnt mind, It was nice to have some new friends to play with. It was getting Dark, so Jasmine had to go home but before she left Nala gave her some tips on covering her scent when she comes here next.

Jasmine started visiting the pridelands almost everyday, meeting Tojo, Malka, Mheetu, Chumvi and a few other cubs, She eventually started to drag her twin brother along so he could also meet her friends, It took her a while to convince her brother to come along as he was a rather stubborn cub but she managed to make him come. She introduced her brother to all her friends and eventually dragged her older brother along to meet her friends too. Both of her brothers met lioness that they grew crushes on, Jasmine could tell her brothers had crushes and would often tease them about it.

As a Teenager, Jasmine and her brothers spent a lot of their time training in royal duties and other tasks in preparation for adulthood and to train them for in case they become future king queen. Jasmine loved the sound of being queen, getting to rule and be in charge sounded great, But she knew there was more to ruling then being in charge and she made sure she trained extra hard. She dint get to visit the Pridelands as much but when she did she always had a good time.

Just at the end of being a teenager, Her father held a Ceremony. It was time to choose the future King or Queen of the Gesinlands.. They had to some tests in leadership, fighting, patrolling, problem solving and hunting. After the tests and a break for the three siblings. Jaden announced the new ruler of the Gesinlands. It was Jasmine, Jasmine was rather shocked she was chosen, expecting her older brother to be chosen cause he had more experience but she was still very happy. Her parents told her that once she found herself a mate, she would become queen and her mate would also become the King or Queen with her and she had to continue the training she started as a teen next week, The next day, she went to the pridelands to tell her friends about it.

As a young adult, she still did visit the pridelands but not very often, The pridelands had changed there was barley any food and the lands had dried up and lost the beauty they used to have. Nala, Kula and Tama were almost always hunting and Tojo and Chumvi had been kicked out the pride. Jasmine brought the two lions back to her pride and asked her parents if they could join. Telling them about how they were from the Pridelands. Jaden was unsure at first as it would break traditional pride rules but he decided to let them join and let his pride work by different rules.

One day, , Tama and Kula came running to the Gesinlands, begging for help. Simba had returned and needed help taking down Scar and getting his throne back. Shasta, Kaleb and Jasmine all decided to help along with their parents too. They helped attack the Hyenas, . Simba defeated Scar, The hyenas were kicked out and the pridelands were saved. Simba recognised, Jaden, Esmerelda and Kaleb from when he was a cub and was happy to see them all. Simba was introduced to Jasmine and her brother and thanked them for helping, Shasta told him about how he and his sibings would visit the pridelands as cubs and asked if they still could, Simba told them his family could visit any time they liked. Shasta, Jasmine and their family said goodbye and her Family went home......
