Personality: Kenzai is a greedy and naughty hyena. He is friends with only those lions, who only offer them something by something of his help. He is good as a friend. However, he still does leave out some of his friends when he himself is in danger. He is flirty, too. But is very nice and kind to Shenzi.

Likes: His mate and friend, Shenzi, to eat

History:

Kenzai was born in a pack of hyenas who were very fierce and rude. They taught little hyenas to hunt on their own when they learn to understand. Kenzai never liked those rules, and he always roamed around without his pack, but he had managed to learn to hunt. One day, as he was alone, he was befreinded with a lion cub named Kanij who was a cub from the pridelands. Kenzai began to stay with him there, even though king Mohatu hated him, but he let him stay as he was the friend of Kanij, the betrothed to his daughter, Uru. Kenzai had contact with some other hyena cubs who wanted to be in the pridelands. 

Kanij wanted to rule the pridelands strongly and he wanted the hyenas to be his companions. Though, one lion named Ahadi tried to break his dream. Kenzai and Kanij tried to fight up with him, but Kanij was defeated. Upset and helpless by his friend's death, Kenzai moved to the elephant graveyard. Where, he soon fell in love and became a father to a female hyena cub named Shenzi.
