Name: Kusikia
Nicknames: Kia, Kusi
Meaning: Hearing
Age: Cub
Parents: Unknown
Siblings: Unknown
Crush: None
Mate: None, she is only cub
Cubs: None
Friends: Vara, Kiburi, Joto and Jino
Enemies: Shujaa and Destiny
Personality: Creative, kind, sharing. Creativity is a tool of Kia’s as it can come in handy. She tries to be kind and play nicely, and wants others to be kind and sharing too. However, if she thinks they aren’t playing nice, she doesn’t want to play with them, not always knowing that she may be hurting their feelings. Kia doesn’t want to be mean, but sometimes she forgets that even the mean ones have feelings
Likes: Her friends, creating things, playing, kindness and sharing, going on adventures, exploring, odds and ends
Dislikes: When others (and herself) aren’t kind and don’t share, Vara complaining, getting into trouble, being bullied by Destiny and Shujaa
History: Kusikia comes from the pride ‘on the other side of the mountain,’ the pride which Malka would be born into.
From an early age, Kia befriended Vara. She had made a picture in the sand and Vara thought it was good. The two soon started drawing together and became friends.
One day, Kia and Vara went exploring and saw some lions further on. They came closer and saw a cub-an unhappy cub. His name was Mrithi, he was a prince but he didn’t want to be one, and he wanted to have fun and have friends. Kia and Vara decided to help Mrithi escape and bring him to their pride.
The plan succeeded. Vara thought that the king wouldn’t notice another cub, however the king’s son, Joto was about, and he saw Mrithi. Joto wanted his father to know about this cub, but when his little brother, Jino, threatened to bite him if he did not ‘repay’ Mrithi (after Mrithi had ‘warned’ Joto about something in the grass, which was Jino ready to pounce on his brother,) he decided not to tell the king.
One day, Mrithi’s father came to the pride, looking for his son. He saw Kiburi (Mrithi’s name was changed) running and ran after him, but the cub’s mother came to the rescue. She decided to stay with Kiburi at Vara and Kia’s pride where he would be happy. His father returned to his pride.
Relation to TLK: She lives in the pride Malka comes from, although Malka’s mother is just a cub at this time
