Personality: Very loyal member of the Tyba Pride. She is soft-hearted and always wants every member to be happy. She is kind, and only speaks well of others. She has a gentle-heart which makes others love being around her. But she also uses a bit of humor to get her point across.

History:

Lyla was born a few months after Odin was born.

She was born from the head huntress of the hunting party, and she was destined to be the queen of the Tyba Pride.

For tradition was that the head huntress and the heir to the throne were to be wed.

So Lyla was bethroyed to Odin.

As Lyla was in her early cubhood, her and Odin were the only cubs of the Tyba Pridelands, so they becamse best of friends. Always practicing their hunting, always together.

By the time Lyla and Odin were young teens, they've become great friends - but that was it.. friends.

Lyla knew the tradition wanted her and Odin to wed, but she didn't want to marry her best friend. She only saw Odin as a friend.

Lyla had grown to be quite a talented huntress - using poise, speed, and strength to take down any foe or target she tried for. The pride was astonished to have this lioness within the Tyba Pride. Though they weren't surprised. Lyla was born of a fantastic pair of hunters, it was in her DNA to be a talented huntress.

But she was also very good at it because she loved to hunt - she did it any chance she had. Even as a young teen cub, she excelled in her hunting, so she was often allowed to hunt alone.

Most the time, when Lyla was alone, she'd find herself wondering out to the borders of the pridelands. She'd just explore, enjoy the nature around her..

She loved every thing about the Tyba Pride - the pridelands, the members, the friendships.

Later on in Lyla and Odin's teen years,a neighboring pride came to visit the Tyba Pride -- and that day, everything changed.

A member of that pride was a lioness named Chanelle - and something about her changed Odin. He fell in love..

The tradition of the Tyba Pridelands was about to be broken - for Odin did not want to marry Lyla, but Chanelle instead.

Luckily, Odin's dad broke the tradition and allowed Odin to marry whomever he chose. He gladly chose Chanelle and by their adult-hood. Odin and Chanelle were wed.

Lyla was extatic for her friend, she loved that he was now happy with his love-life and tension was no longer rising between the two  friends. They can now be what they once were, great friends.

Lyla was very close to Odin, but she was becoming even more close to his bride- Chanelle. She found that Chanelle and her shared the same humor, and Lyla looked up to Chanelle for she was so kind and down to earth. She knew she'd make a great queen.

Life in the Tyba Pridelands was good..

That is until one day when Odin's father - the king at the time - was attacked by a group of rogue lions. Odin fought them off, and won his right as king.

Sadness overwhelmed the pridelands for some time, but they soon recovered with the promise of a better tomorrow. And it was true, Odin and Chanelle made a fantastic royal couple. Odin was the powerful king he was destined to be.

Lyla was beginning to admire her friend more and more, she wished nothing but greatness for him.

Some of the members of the pride swore that Lyla and Odin had an affair - while others said it would never even happen. No one knows the truth except Odin and Lyla.

Lyla wanted nothing more than to have cubs, but sadly, it didn't seem to happen for her. The only male she knew was Odin, and she did not want to disobey her friendship and have him father her cubs.

Sadness overwhelmed Lyla for a bit, her motherly instincts were kicking in, without the cubs!

Until, one day, she was patrolling the pridelands. She came across a small cub. All alone, he was obviously abandoned. Lyla did what her mothering instincts told her -- and she took the cub.

She brought the cub home to the den, and the entire pride was in shock that someone would just leave a small cub alone to die.

Lyla was thrilled, she saw this as a sign from the Great Kings of the Past, so she took the cub in and cared for it as her own.

Lyla was in pure bliss with her new son.

But several months later.. something happened.

Lyla became pregnant with cubs. Rumors have it they were Odin's cubs, though both Lyla and Odin deny the possibilities. Lyla claims to have fallen for a rogue who had later been slaughtered by a neighboring pride.

Many thought that was out of character for Lyla to sneak around with another. But the fact that both Odin and Lyla denied relations made the pride be in a huge confusion.

The arguements were put to rest when Lyla gave birth to the set of twins - Cziw and Mythimia.

Cziw and Mythimia looked nothing like Odin, so the pride was able to put their rumors to rest and they were ready to rejoice for the new generation was expanding.

Everyone was happy for Lyla giving birth to a litter of two. Lyla was a natural born huntress, and they knew her cubs would be as well. The moment King Odin looked at the cubs, he knew Cziw would one day be a loyal leader of the hunting party - so right then and there he appointed Cziw to be the future hunter of the pride. 

Lyla was never so proud of herself and her cubs.

One day shortly after the Queen Chanelle had her cub, Lyla and the rest of the hunting party  - as well as Chanelle was out hunting. There was a gloomy storm, it made it impossible to see, and even more impossible to track. Lyla called off the hunting party and returned back to the den - there was only one problem. Chanelle wasn't with them! A few hours later, after the storm was calm, Odin went out looking for his bride. Only to find a dead carcass whom he assumed was his bride who had been killed by a rogue.

Odin shut down, and became a vicious, strict king. He wanted no rogues to ever be allowed, he had one goal in life for his kingdom, and that was to make it a safe place for HIS pride members alone. Rogues would be exiled or killed at once.

Although Lyla was upset for the loss of her good friend, she was even more upset for the break-down of her dearest friend. That being said, however, Lyla was the ideal mother - she was gentle, loving, and very strong. She protected her cubs with everything she was, and she taught them nothing but good. She taught them to love themselves and eachother - as well as the other members of the pride.

As the younger generation was expanding, Lyla found herself endulging herself with all the cubs. She loved watching her cubs play with the other cubs such as Princess Sinceri and the twins Arbella and Maribella.

She watched as Odin trained her son to be the head hunter of the hunting party, she enjoyed seeing her daughter practice hunting with Arbella and Maribella. She loved how the future of the pride was looking out. She treated each and every cub like her own cub. Especially Sinceri.

She knew with Chanelle gone, Sinceri would need a real mother figure in her life. Lyla gladly took the role into her own hands, helping Odin take care of Sinceri in any way that she could. Sinceri learned to look up to Lyla whenever her mother wasn't there.

As the cubs grew older, Lyla became more reliant of her cubs for the hunting. Cziw took charge of the hunting party just when he was a teen, and Lyla was a very proud mother. Cziw took charge of the hunting party with his second in command being Arbella. One of the cubs born from another litter of two.

Lyla loved Arbella, but she also loved Arbella's sister, Maribella. Arbella was sweet and a skilled huntress, but she always thought that Maribella had the attitude that every male needed in their life to balance things out. Mari was playful, down to earth and goofy. She thought Cziw would see how great she was for him -- but he didn't.

He was blind, and he fell in love with Arbella. Lyla supported him either way, for Arbella was very powerful and self-determined. She put others first and Lyla told herself that would be for the best for the pride.

Her cubs were now adults, and ready to start moving on with their lives. Hormones were taking over, and sure enough Cziw and Arbella became mates. Lyla was happy that her son was so happily in love with another member of the pride - she envied their relationship and wanted nothing more than to have grand-cubbies.

It was a surprise to Lyla when she noticed that Cziw wasn't the only one getting their own mates within the new generation. But Sinceri had also fell in love -- with a rogue! Lyla knew her dearest friend Odin would never allow for a rogue to be in the pride - especially not being mates with his daughter! He exiled the rogue, Judah and swore to kill him any time he ventured into the pride. Lyla's heart broke for Sinceri for she seen Sinceri upset, and she knew how she felt.

A few months later, the rogue returned.. But he wasn't alone.. he had his siter and Chanelle! Chanelle had returned to the Tyba Pride, after the many seasons, Chanelle was finally back where she belonged.

Chanelle explained that the storm that night many seasons ago made her lost. She was lost forever, and in complete heart-break over losing her mate in cub. But she found two cubs. Judah and Oria. She helped raise the cubs like her very own, and it proved that the savannah was small, for through Judah, she reunited with the Tyba Pride.

Odin was so happy to see his bride again, that he welcomed Judah into his pride with open arms. Chanelle helped convince Odin to let Judah stay and be mates with their daughter. Sinceri now had her prince, Judah. And the king finally had his queen back.

Lyla's heart was warm when everything was starting to get back to normal - just when she thought she couldn't be any happier - her daughter proved her wrong.

Mythimia, Lyla's lovely daughter, was becoming a beautiful huntress. And very talented, but Lyla saw herself through her daughter. Mythimia was becoming more and more like her mother, and Lyla couldn't be happier.

But one day after Mia returned from one of her long adventures, she brought a friend. A dark male rogue she had met on the savannah. His name was Xolo and despite his rough appearance, he was quite charming and willing to help the pride. After a bit of convinving, King Odin let Xolo stay, and Mia was now bonded with Xolo.

Lyla was overjoyed. Her two cubs were now happily with their mates. Lyla wished nothing but greatness for her cubs.

But sadly, that was all going to change.

Lyla watched as she realized that Arbella's heart was beginning to wander from Cziw. Lyla noticed that Arbella would often leave the den without Cziw for many hours at a time, Lyla knew something was up with Arbella, though she didn't want to see anyone get hurt. She loved Arbella like she was her own cub, but she was not about to see her son get hurt.

One day, Lyla told her son of her suspicions of Arbella. Cziw denied it with all his heart, and it hurt Lyla seeing her son not believe the truth.

But sadly, Cziw found out on his own.

Sure enough, Arbella had been wondering off seeing another male from a different pride. His name was Blade, and Arbella had fallen in love with him.

Cziw was crushed and was determined to make Blade pay for what he did to the happy couple. He vowed that if Blade were to ever return to the Tyba Pridelands, he'd follow orders and kill him - despire what Arbella said.

However, when Blade returned, he wasn't alone. He was with Arbella, and Arbella was ready to fight for Blade. Cziw was angered, but he had orders to follow. He was to kill the rogue at all cost.

In the end, no one was killed - though Arbella was serverly injured.

Lyla wasn't mad at Arbella. In fact, Lyla understood what she was going through. She understood that Arbella did have a small love for Cziw, but her heart just fell deeper for someone else. And despite everything the pride wanted her to do, she had to go with her heart. Lyla understood that all too much.

Cziw was the one hurt the deepest in the heart. Lyla hated seeing her son like that - she wanted nothing more than to see her son be happy. She always loved the idea of Mari and Cziw becoming bonded, so she suggested it to Cziw. But Cziw once more denied feelings for her.

But Lyla saw something this time, she could tell her son was pushing deep feelings away from Mari. She could tell Cziw loved Mari deep down, but was pushing the feelings away for some unknown reason. Lyla knew it was only a matter of time before Cziw and Mari became life long mates. She knew Arbella was Cziw's first love, but Mari was his true love.

Peace was beginning to return to the Tyba Pridelands, and things were becoming relaxed. Mythimia, being the great huntress she is, was now the new head huntress of the hunting party.

That is until Mythimia shared a bit of news..

Mythimia and Xolo were expecting a cub. Lyla was going to be a grandmother, and she was overjoyed. She was so excited for the new generation to start. She spent almost every waking minute with her daughter, telling her everything to expect. She was so excited for Mia and Xolo.

Not a single thing could make Lyla's life happier... or so she thought!

One day, Mari had shared some news that would blow the pride's mind. Cziw and Mari.. were expecting a cub!

The pride, even Lyla, was in shock - for they had no clue that Mari and Cziw had mated together.

Lyla was extatic. Not only was her daughter expecting a cub, but so was her son.

Lyla's life was about to become perfect.

And this time, nothing can make it bad for her~
