As a cub Mheeta was very close to Scar, but scar didn't want a female and niglected Mheeta to be with Mheetu, this angered Mheeta so she planned to frame Mheetu for the death of Dafira.
One day at the gorge Dafira and Mheeta were alone and Mheeta pushed Dafira into the gorge, Mheeta ran to find Mheetu and told Mheetu to wait at the gorge while Mheeta go Scar. Once Scar arrived Mheeta told Scar Mheetu killed Dafira and Mheetu was exiled for betraying Scar's trust. 
Mheeta couldn't have been happier she had her farther all to herself and for sometime this was true. 
Soon after Sarabi gave birth to Kula. Scar still was not satisfied with Kula and set his sights on Zira.

As Mheeta became a teenager she was adamant she would be Scar's heir. Until Kovu came Taka and Vitani came along, but seeing Scar reaction as he sneered at the twins in Nala's forepaws made it clear that Mheeta must make her mover, she walked up to Scar that night as he watched for the hunting party and she sat next to her farther, Scar spoke only one word 
"Mheeta."
Mheeta replied "Farther, I wish to become queen."
Scar looked is daughter up and down 
"Perhaps..." 
Mheeta glared at Scar
"I am oldest,strongest and..."
Scar interrupted Mheeta
"And female, with no mate."
Mheeta lowered her head 
"I do not need a mate, I can rule alone."
Scar laughed but then realised his daughter was serious
"What about descendants? How will be your heir, without a mate you will not get a heir and our blood line will die out." 
Mheeta spotted something in the distance
"I see something, I will prove my strength to you Farther,I bet it's a group of rouges."
with out waiting for Scar's reply Mheeta rushed off.

Mheeta stalked a lioness who seemed familiar until the lioness reached the watering hole, Mheeta made her move
"Well,well,well. A trespasser." 
the lioness shrieked 
"Please my farther used to live hear."
Mheeta narrowed her eyes then pounced on the lioness pinning her
"Imani,your farther is dead and mine took over."
Imani closed her eyes
"I know my farther is dead...And uncle scar took over,I came to see mother, I visit from the neighbour pride."
Mheeta grabbed Imani by he scruff if her neck and dragged her up priderock, Imani screamed in pain as her paws where scrapping across the rough floor.
Scar looked at the lioness her paw bleeding from her struggle
"Kill her,Mheeta."
Mheeta was bout to kill Imani when Sarabi rushed out and diver infrount of Mheeta growling at Mheeta and Scar, Scar rolled his eyes
"Sarabi she's in pain it's best to but her out of her misery."
Sarabi snarled 
"Never, Scar she is the only thing from Mufasa i have left."
Scar pulled Mheeta close to him
"My daughter will be Queen, and your breed are exiled. You have till sunrise or I kill all of them my blood or not."
Sarabi's eyes widened in fear
"What about ImanI? She can't walk."
Scar shrugged his shoulders 
"You should have let Mheeta kill her.Now you live with the guilt knowing you have sentenced your daughter to a long wait for a painful death.2
Imani hung her head closed her eye tightly a tear falling from her eye
"I'm sorry mother."
Imani tried to get up but fell again, Sarabi looked at her daughter
"I will stop the pain."
Sarabi closed her eyes and raised her paw extending her claws then killing Imani, after she killed Imani Sarabi broke down in tear crying all night.

In the morning Scar saw the blood on Sarabi's paw and smirked 
"You and Kula may stay... But one more step out of line Imani will not be he only one dead around her."
Sarabi nodded amd walked into the den laying down.

When Scar was challenged by Simba Mheeta fought by Zira's side. Zira tried to gather her liones out the mad scramble of hyena and lions so they could kill Simba and Mheeta made sure no cubs where caught in the cross fire.
Kovu mewed and looked outside and ran towards Zira, Mheeta chased after Kovu when Sarabi stopped Mheeta. Sarabi growled 
"This is for IMANI!!!"
Mheeta screamed then feel lifeless to the floor.
Zira looked over and saw Kovu layed under Mheeta's paw Zira barged past everyone then saw that she was to late, Zira didn't cry but took Kovu and stayed in the den with the cubs till the fight was over, Zira as a mother knew that the cubs couldn't be trusted not to move when they saw there mothers.

When the fire died down Nala came into the den,Zira's ears pricked up 
"Your time as queen is over." 
Nala said before picking up Taka and Vitani, Zira's eyes widened
"Scar...is..."
"Dead, Zira and all he wanted you to know what that Mheeta should be protected and Kovu his secondary heir."
Zira sobbed in the den. Mheeta was dead and only Kovu was left of Scar's heirs...
