Personality: Nigesa is a smart and calm lioness. She's always looking for the best for her and her family, and doesn't accepts anything easily. She's also a little manipulative but never to hurt someone, she hates seeing suffering or sadness. She's also jealous, and is hostile to those who take what is hers.

Biography:

Nigesa was born along with her 2 sisters, since the day they were born Enzi, their abusive father, despised his daugthers and saw them as mere servants. One year later, the girls were still growing into cubs and their little brother Annan was born, since then, Nigesa liked to be with Annan and spend most of time with him because Enzi wouldn't hit Annan, and son, wouldn't hit her. The three sisters were always helping eachother and their mother to move on and see the bright side of their life, even if it wasn't so bright.

Growing into a teen, Nigesa and her sisters hunted and were disrespected by their father, the only happy moments where they had a male among them was when Annan was around and tried to make everyone feel better, especially to Nigesa her brother was the reason she could feel happy. One day, Tafui almost was abused by her father but Annan stopped and killed him, Nigesa felt better after her father's death and with Annan as the new leader, he was kind and gentle. After a while, the savannah started to dry, there was no food or water, the group had to leave the territory, however Nigesa's mother and the other lionesses were too old to travel, and decided to stay. After sadly saying goodbye to the lionesses, Annan left with his three sisters.

While traveling, times were rough, Nigesa and her siblings were still teens, they had to hide from stronger predators and rogues and hunting was even harder, but they managed to survive helping eachother. One day, two young adult rogues found them and wanted to kill Annan and take the lionesses, after fighting, Annan managed to scare the rogues away with the help of Nigesa, the strongest sister, however Tabia and Tafui had been abused by the rogues, Nigesa tried to confort her sisters that night. After walking for days, they found a group of 5 lionesses escaping from rogues, after talking, the lionesses decided to join Annan. Soon they reached a new land hidden in the middle of Africa, a vast and fertile land with a lot of water, animals and a huge rock in the center of all, Nigesa suggested that they should live there, the big rock looked threatening even for lions, it would keep enimies away. Approaching the land, the group had been attacked by a pack of hyenas who didn't accepted their offer of friendship and sharing of the lands. After exiling the hyenas, Annan roared to all the animals hear, making himself the king of the lands he called Pridelands.

Seeing that Annan was now a strong and young king, Nigesa started to fall in love with her brother, in fact she always had a crush on him, after flirting and convincing Annan to be her mate, she was named queen and in a few months she gave birth to a female that she called Kenya, Annan and Nigesa were happy with the little girl but they still wanted a boy, after trying and trying all the cubs were born dead or never reached birth, since Nigesa and Annan were siblings, they were almost incapable of generate healthy cubs. Nigesa became depressed and angry, she never showed her sadness to anyone in the pride, but she almost dying inside. And after Annan mated with Sanura and Zola her world fell apart, she wished those lionesses would give birth to dead and deformed cubs, she was afraid that they would give him a male and she would be downgraded by Annan, but the lionesses gave birth to healthy female cubs. After all this, Nigesa didn't liked to be with Sanura or Zola and taught her daugther Kenya to hate their daugthers, Nigesa avoided talking to them and when she talked with Sanura or Zola she wasn't very gentle, she wouldn't even let them be too much time with the king. As time went on, Nigesa started to get old while her daugther was already a young adult, unfortunately Kenya died in a hunt, Nigesa got really sad and Annnan too. Nigesa died a few days after Annan.

Nigesa is also Sarafina's great great-grandmother and talks to her as a ghost
