Personality: Otis is like a spitting image of his mother when it comes to personality; He's tough and headstrong, he doesn't let anyone boss him around and is an excellent fighter. He's a reckless boy who enjoys a good thrill and absolutely loves danger, you could say it's his passion and he often worries his mother by getting into so much trouble. Otis does not talk about his feelings, and especially does not show them and tries always act as tough as possible, only because he doens't want to appear weak in the eyes of others. He's propably the most unromantic guy you could ever meet, and he doesn't even know how to talk to girls, mainly because the only lioness he's ever been around is his mother.

History: After the war between the Pridelanders and the Outlanders was over and the two prides were united, Vitani, who was feeling rather bad about the death of their mother and her brother Nuka and all tough she loved her only remaining brother Kovu, and had befriended most of the pride, she never felt quite home in the Pride lands, so she decided to leave the pride and go live as a rogue, searching her place in the world. She, Kovu and Kiara and the pride shared a tender farewell and so she set out to the great savannah. After travelling alone for almost a month, she bumped into a rogue male, whom she fell in love with and the two had a son together. But shortly after little Otis had been born, two other, bigger males attacked them and tried to kill the little cub, but Vitani's mate stepped in front of him and got killed himself. Vitani took her newborn son and fled, soon finding herself in the jungle where she managed to loose her pursuers. There, she settled down and even though she was heartbroken from the death of her mate, she pulled herself together and managed to raise Otis on her own. Having to grow up without a father, Otis had to learn how to defend himself and his mother and that's what made him a tough and strong boy who finally grew into a handsome adult lion. Vitani often told him many stories about her life in the Pride lands, his uncle Kovu who was next in line to be king, and even about his grandmother Zira.
