Personality: Rasul is guy with a good sense of humour, and positive spirit. He doesn't take anything too seriously, and has a habbit of turning almost everything into jokes, which can sometimes annoy others a little. He's always ready to help and defend weaker ones, and listen if you have something on your heart and you want to talk about it. Rasul hates fighting and violence, but he still knows how to defend himself if he has to. Still, he prefers to talk about things, instead of using his teeth or claws. He is basically a happy and social guy, but sometimes he likes to be just by himself, when no one else is around, and think about the great things in life.

History: Rasul was born some time after Kiara and Kovu took the throne. He didn't have the happiest childhood, because his father, Kwanza, didn't like him and was constantly yelling at him, and saying he'd never become anything. Rasul was sad at first about his father's attitude, but then decided he wouldn't care about what he thought of him. Time went on, and Rasul finally turned 1 year and became a handsome grown up lion.One day, when he was on a walk, he went to get himself a drink from a small lake, when he noticed a brown lioness walking on the other side of the lake. He lifted his head, and realized it was princess Kala. He stared at her with his eyes wide open, she glanced at him, and then walked away. Rasul shook his head a little, his heart was beating like crazy, there was no doubt about it: He had fallen heads over heels for Kala. The next day Rasul went back to Pride Rock, and saw her again. She was a bit scared at first, but Rasul assured her that he didn't want any harm. Kala saw it in his eyes that he had no bad intentions, so she relaxed, and they began to talk. But then they were interrupted by Kala's father, king Kovu, who told Rasul to go away, and leave hisdaughter alone. Rasul had no chance but obey, as he didn't want to make the king even more angry, so, he left. The same night he sneaked back to Pride Rock, and went to wake Kala up, saying he wanted to see her, and wished they could go for a walk together. They began to like each other more and more, and Rasul's feelings for Kala just got stronger. One night, when Rasul was walking her home, they saw his father plotting with Zira, leader of the Outlanders, who was presumed to be dead. Rasul discovered his father was a traitor, and just when they were about to leave, Kala stepped on a log that made a cracking sound, and Zira and Kwanza noticed them. Kwanza was furious, and ran after them, chasing them into a gorge that had a river underneath it. Rasul stepped in front of Kala to protect her, when Kwanza shouted at him to step aside, so he could kill her. Rasul said he would rather die than let him touch her, and then, Kwanza lunged at him, and they both fell from the edge of the gorge. Kala was shocked, and called Rasul's name as she watched them fall into the river. Tears came in her eyes, and she kept calling for him, but no one answered. Kala began to think he was dead, and ran away, her heart broken. But Rasul wasn't dead, he had been drifted on the shore a bit further. When he awoke, he saw the old and wise baboon Rafiki standing in front of him. He told Rasul to get up, and he did, and then he lead him back to Pride Rock, where he and Kala we reunited. They were thrilled to see each other again, and now they finally became mates.
