I'd say no mostly because of the simple fact Kiara isn't your character. She belongs to Disney, "alternate universe version" or not. That is what fan art/fiction is for imo. You just shouldn't be able to make a character page or anything for the "alternate version" because when you get down to it, Kiara is Kiara, and she's a copyrighted character.

I doubt, Kiara is official character. And since alternate universe Kiara is still Kiara in basis, she could never be your own character, since there is still large part of what Disney made.

Which does not mean you can not create fan fic/art/... with alternate universe version of Kiara. Just you should not be able to create her.

I don't think so. Like you can't have Ookami or Jacob black in Balto Source, you can't create your own version of Kiara that IS still TLK Kiara because you did not create the original character.
