Zira always reffered to Kiara just as 'Simba's daugther'; but Vitani seemed to be the only one who remembered her name:

'...Kiara has started her hunt' (in the Elephant Graveyard),

�'No, Mother! Kiara's right' (when Kiara & Kovu stop the war)

And during the war she said: 'Where's your pretty daughter, Nala?'

What's wrong with Vitani and Kiara??

Very observing, I guess Vitani has secret jealousy of Kiara, if you notice, if someone is jealous of someone else, they can say, "____ is so much more than me," and your friend, "That person is just showing off." Just a tiny example.

If Vitani was jealous of Kiara It was because Kiara had Parents That loved Her. Something Vitani didn't have, But I really don't think Vitani was jealous of Kiara at all.

The reason Vitani says that about Kiara is because she realizes right from wrong,and walks over to the Pride Landers side.

I think because since Zira always talked about Simba and his pride she might have brought up Kiara's name and Vitani must have remembered it.

Kiara was raised in The Pride Lands,and Vitani was raised in The Outlands.
