We've all seen the Mheetu concept art, I'm sure but what I'm curious about is Mheetu's color scheme. I know he was cut very early from the movie but what was his planned fur/eye color, if any? His concept art leads me to believe he was going to be a white lion (like Simba originally was) but someone who knows a lot about TLK said he was to be orange. Many fans depict him looking like a male counterpart of Nala but what could his REAL colors have been?

And that sums it up. As you said, he was cut early, but I do not think he was suppose to be white anyway. I know Simba is the one rumored to be white in very early production.
