*WHEW!* It's been a crazy few days, but I am happy to report that I've just completed a plethora of updates, streamlining and new material on The Secret of NIMH Source!

You may find, of particular interest, the new material on the information page for The Secret Of NIMH...when you go there, not only will you see a trailer for the movie (and there is a trailer for the sequel on the information page for that movie as well) but, if you scroll down on the page for the first movie, you'll find out some things which may very well blow your mind! Be sure to stop on over and have a look!
I have also completed the character list for both movies. With Mightybalto1925's help on head shots (in creating uniform shots with gradient backgrounds of ONE color, as on several of the other Animation Source character pages), and taking the time to pour through both DVDs as well as the original book by author Robert C. O'Brien, I have created a streamlined and uniform continuity throughout the individual character pages. Where possible and practical, some of the original material, written by other site builders, was kept (on characters which were completed at the time).
New and better images for the DVDs and soundtrack CDs were created for the DVD and music pages, as well as a track list for the sequel soundtrack.
Any remaining work to be done on The Secret Of NIMH Source, at this point, comes down to just general housekeeping chores and filling in a few remaining gaps. Though I've received a request to take on the duty of re-doing the screen shots for the first movie (which someone else did originally). This is tough, as I am sure it was for whomever did it the first time, as the movie appears rather grainy on the DVDs, and it will take quite a bit of effort to make the images clearer than they presently are. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be happy to hear them.
Anyway, I hope you'll all stop by and see how much has been accomplished recently! We are eager for your comments, your contributions, and so on! We'd love to see new fan art, fan fiction, and fan videos! A few folks have posted some very nice fan art, but we're certainly eager to see more contributions! (I'll be trying my hand at some NIMH fan fiction pretty soon...)

Details are always nice to see. It shows how much dedication someone
has for their work. Looks like you have everything well organized, and
if you're having fun with it that's also great. Thanks for putting in

Well thank you very much, M! As to the character bios, well, if this were a couple of movies that weren't based on a book or true story, then I might not go into that level of detail. But when you're looking at something like this or, say, Bambi, Robin Hood, Balto, etc. That's a different matter altogether. And providing some "meat" to the bio helps people appreciate the depth of the material! "Epicalfantastical"...XD It's got some potential. |

You've been doing a very good job (epicalfantastical - like my new
word? XD) with updating the content here. I specifically like how you've provided more than just a brief bio on the character pages. |

But I didn't do it alone. Surely there was some material posted here before I returned as a site builder. And to the other builders goes that particular credit. But the source needed fleshing out and completion. And that's where I came in. And Mighty was a big help in that area too. At least with graphics.
It's very nice of you to notice!
