History: Ash was born into the Cimarron heard a few months after his father, Gringo, and Spirit had gotten into a fight, Gringo lost a few mares from the fight including Ash’s mother. From the get go Ash was resilient with Spirit, constantly defying his orders and causing trouble. He was well aware Spirit was not his real father, even though he tried to raise the young bull headed colt like he was his own. One calm day the herd was resting within the territory Spirit’s frienemy, Gringo, Gringo saw the mares he lost and his first born son he had awaited to meet. Swiftly, Gringo took hold of his mares and Ash and fled deep into his territory. At last Ash finally got to meet his father; he became inseparable with him and wanted to learn from his father.

As Ash grew he became a bit of a nuisance to the mares of the herd. He would stir them up and chase them around the field. He had no on of his age to mess around with, the only one who would spar, or play with him was his father. But when Gringo was away patrolling the territory, Ash would have to find a way to entertain his self. One day he was bored and decided to explore away from the herd, ha saw a flock of birds and chased them watching them franticly fly away from him. As the birds cleared he noticed a figure across the field. It was a mare, she was older then he was but she seemed to be toying with him from afar. He watched her gallop away and chased after her curiously, he kept running till he ran into three yearlings. The two colts whinnied and leaped around him while the filly greeted the mare, whom he came to know as Nevada. The yearlings fiercely and rapidly began asking questions, curious about him. Ash looked around as more horses begun to appear, one by one coming to greet him. All the time Ash looked over at the mare as she smiled and watched. Ash had not known it yet but he had found his self a new home.
