History:

Ace was born into the calvary.  He was one of many foals that year. He knew that his father was the Colnel's horse.    He dreamed of also being the Colnel's horse. But he didnt know what kind of training they did. He saw his father come home looking worn.  He thought that was because his father was weak. He didnt like his sire much. 

 One day his training began.  He didnt like the training at all.  but if he tried to get away he was slaped. He grew into a onbident yearling but hated it there.  He remembered when he was a foal.  He used to watch his sire walk around with the Colnel on his back.  He still did that but he understood why his father looked worn now. 

  He kept growing into a fine stud.  He enjoyed flirting with the mares, He charmed them, but no mare ever touched his heart. He was the kind that would have flings but nothing serious. One day he was traing with a new bit.  The bit was sharp and called a Spade Bit.  It fit right in the jaw bone, that annoyed him lots. This was one of the ones that had a point on the bottom.  He had trouble ajusting to it and his rider started to work him harder and pulling harder on his mouth. his tounge started to bleed. He looked up annoyed as he saw a new mare come in.  She was a bucksin with white stipes in her mane. He pranced around a little but his rider pulled harder to the right.  He sighed and walked around the pen again.  

   Ace was put in the stall next to to the new mare. They talked some,he learned her name was Hooligan, but his the blood from his mouth poored out. He washed his mouth which was better, but it still bleed. They stoped talking, Ace attempted to flirt with her but it didnt work.  He saw a new mare come in. She was a chestnut paint mare.  He smiled at her.  The two kept up a silent conversation, Ace and the paint mare. 

 Ace saw Hooligan being taken out to be broken.
