PERSONALITY

 Jessica is a very friendly mare. She loves to flert with stallions and also loves being the leader. When she is with stallions she acts childish and playfull like a young filly. But she knows when its play time and when its time to get work done. She can be agressive when she wants to and willn't hold back when she feels threatened.

HISTORY

  Jessica was born and grew up in the cavalry. She loved it and never wanted to leave. She loved to flert with all the stallions there. She also loved her owner, the Colonel. And her faverite thing was when she was taken out for rides. But one day a stallion arrived and changed everything. His name was Strider. He had been taken from his herd in the wild. Jessica instanly began charming Strider.

  Jessica spent most of her time with Strider tring to make him more confertable with the cavalry. But he wouldn't change. When the colonel tried braking him and Strider bucked him off Jessica was very mad with Strider and wouldn't even look at him. After that the colonel sent Strider to do work elsewhere so as to soften him into being broken. As Strider was sent off Jessica became lonely and relized she had fallen in love with Strider. When Strider returned the colonel tried braking him again Strider let in but later when he was with Jessica he said he had let the colonel ride him and that he was escaping the next day. He asked Jessica to come with him.

The next night Jessica and Strider escaped. Jessica had been very nervise.She had never left home before, except for on rides. But because she liked Strider she agreed. They traveled all night and all day. Stoping every now and then for rest and water brakes. At one of the reat brakes Strider began talking about his herd and his mare, Esperanza. Jessica didn't like him talking about another mare so she turned away in anger. She didn't talk to him for the rest of the journey.

They arrived at the Cimarron herd early the next morning so all the mares and foals where sleeping. Strider called out to the sleeping herd and there was an outburst of happy nays as Strider and Jessica galloped down the hill to the many horses. Jessica smiled a little uncerten at all the new horses. As she looked up to see where Strider had gone she saw him in the distance with a palomino mare. Esperanza was Striders mate and lead mare. Jessica knew instantly she woulden't like Esperanza, she was great compation for Strider.

Jessica's first night in the herd was terrible. The whole time she missed her home and the thought of Strider with another mare made her even more upset. With all this running through her head she didn't get any sleep at all. Then early in the morning, when the mares where starting to get up, Jessica saw Strider and Esperanza on the hill over looking the herd nuzzling each other. This brought tears to her eyes. She thought he loved her but he had only brought her here to be one of his many mares.

A few days after Jessica and Strider had arrived she found herself grazzing alone with Esperanza. When ever they where alone Jessica was mean to Esperanza. After dealing with many of theses little meatings with Jessica, Esperanza went to Strider and told him what was happening. Strider asked Jessica why she was being mean to Esperanza. Jessica was so upset she didn't answer but ran off crying. The next morning before anyone else was up Jessica left. She traveled all the way back to the cavalry alone.

When she was finally back home she promised to never leave again no matter what.

REALATION TO SPIRIT

She met Spirit's mom and dad, Strider and Esperanza, she visited the cimarron herd and she lives in the cavalry.
