PERSONALITY :

 Kyv is a somewhat stubborn stallion who has quite the soft spot for Tavaci. He will sometimes pick fights with the other males. He is completely infatuated with Tavaci. Though he is strong, he is very kind to the children in the village along wiith foals. Kyv is usually friendly but he is slow to trust. Once his trust is gained, there is not a thing he wouldn't do.

H I S T O R Y 

Kyv was born to a small Ute Tribe just outside of what is now Utah. Narrowly escaping a vicsious attack from a rival tribe, his mother protected and cared for him after the death of his father. He has been best friends with Chaz near birth. Around the time of Kyv' s first birthday, his tribe succeeded in raiding a rivalling Shoshone tribe and brought Tavaci as well as a few other horses into the tribe. Around that same time, his brother, Tonis, was born from a different Sire. Kyv hadn't accepted his half-brother, as he had't had the same father. It wasn't until Tonis became very ill, that he realised how much his sibling meant to him. During the great illness that fell upon Tonis, Tavaci was captured by the small Lakota tribe to the north-west. Kyv knew he needed to get her back, he got enough attention from a few people to notice that she was missing. Though many did not want to go, thinking that it was a waste for just one horse. But Kyv proved that she was important to the stability of  the Tribe's Horses. Which resulted in him having to fight Spirit over a misunderstanding as to Kyv's intentions. In the end, Kyv explained himself and got approval from Tavaci's new friend. He and Tavaci shared a similar relationship as he and Tonis did at the beginning. They did not get along when the two first met either but  experiencing hardships with one another bonded them together. They slowly became companions, then close friends, then inseparable mates.
