Personality:  

She’s a pretty level headed and kind hearted filly. Vida has always been full of energy, and like most foals that can be cause for some chaos now and then. Having her head filled with the story of her father’s adventures gives reason for her to try to match his bravery. In truth she is very brave, but knows where her limits lie. Above all she is very kindhearted and a natural leader, but easily distracted.

History:

She was born to Spirit and Rain as their first foal, and from birth she could be a handful. She liked to get into things, be it mud or beehives. Spirit adores his daughter as does Rain. She soon blossomed into a weanling with a bright future in the Cimarron herd.

                There was a terrible drought that caused the grazing to be poor all over the west, and many herds had to move in search of better foraging.  Spirit took the herd further south- but closer to his old enemy: Man. It wasn’t long before a massive roundup of several herds was planned. At night the forest was set ablaze and many herds were sent into a panicked stampede- only to be corralled and destined for auction. Spirit escaped with his herd, but Vida was lost in the commotion.

Vida now searches for her herd, lost to the world she had known. It is in the days to follow that Vida finds others who have suffered the same fate: Cliff, Drexel and Delphine.  Vida believes her parents fear she has perished, but she will stop at nothing until she finds them.
