Ex: Tigers, Monkeys, Bears, Foxes, Dogs, ect.

Yes and no : there is a minimal ratio of 1 official Talespin character for 2 drawings sent, same for fanimages (and although there isn't one specified for fanfics etc, it's the same)
And even your original characters must still be Talespin related in one way.

Bagheera, Colonel Hathi, Winifred (and the other adult elephants in the "Dawn Patrol"), Hathi's son Junior, Kaa, Akela, Rama (and Rama's unnamed mate and their cubs), the vultures and the monkeys. That's still a fair mix. And then there'd be original characters created by the fan artists...of course, that gets into the area of limiting stuff that isn't official TailSpin material for fan art.

Yes of course. It would be quite interesting to see. (even though there aren't that many characters left - if you include Baghera's model which has been used for Khan's pilots)

I wonder if it would be possible for fan artists to portray the Jungle Book characters (as seen in the movie), redesigned as TailSpin characters using the established framework of the series characters as a base? Would they be allowed to do that?
