Hey gang!  Well, there's been a bunch of new additions to Zootopia Source lately, and I'd like to bring you up to speed in case you missed anything!  I would also note that, probably in a few days, we'll be doing a feature on recent fan uploads, because we certainly don't want to ignore the creations of members of the site who've been working hard in that area!  But there is a lot of official material to cover here, so we hope you'll be patient with our holding off for a few days on the latter thing.

First of all, as a reminder to each of you, if you have any questions about Zootopia ("Zootropolis") you ever wanted to have answered in some official capacity, then your chance is here!  We have been granted permission by the publicity department of Walt Disney Corporation to submit questions to director Byron Howard, and he's graciously agreed to answer them for us!  Please visit the dedicated page for this project, and post your questions accordingly, and PLEASE be mindful of the rules on that page!  Don't delay, time is limited!  You only have until this Friday to post your questions!
 

We've added several new pages pertaining to official characters from the movie.  Not only dedicated pages for three popular minor characters (listed and linked below), but also a special featured page for all the rest of the minor characters seen in the movie, many of which only recently received official names and traits from directors Byron Howard, Richard Moore and/or Jared Bush, as a result of fielding questions from fans on Twitter!  We created this page because there simply wasn't enough existing material (on screen primarily) to create individual character pages.  However, the featured page linked above was created by referencing the Zootopia Wikia, which also appears on the Zootopia Source links page.

As you know, we on the staff of Zootopia Source wanted to provide each of you with a selection of possible layouts ("styles") to choose from, in order to make your browsing and posting on Zootopia Source more fun and engaging.  Mightybalto1925 has done a large part of that work herself (and ALL of the graphics work), with creative input from myself (and probably a few others).  We collaborated to make each style reflective of environments seen or at least referenced in the movie (or in official supplementary materials).  So far, we have our default style ("Judy Blue", which also infers the downtown environment), Tundratown, Sahara Square, Rainforest District, and Nocturnal District.  That is more than any other source ON Animation Source has offered at any point in time! 

And now, while we know we're pretty much reaching the end of our run with this, Mightybalto1925 created yet another (one we've been talking about), entirely on her own!  Say hello to the Bunnyburrow style, celebrating Judy's home town!

We wanted a style here which featured a pastel theme...in keeping with the gentle countryside feel of Judy's home town.  And, on the banner, you can see Judy in her civilian clothes and, standing next to her, an adult Gideon Grey holding a tray of his delicious baked pies!
