Name Meaning: It has no real meaning, except it's a feminine version of "Balto" that Aleu came up with when she was naming her pups

Other Distinct Markings: Light grayish-tan marks around her eyes and muzzle; also light grayish-tan on her lower chest down to her underbelly, hind legs and tail, and halfway up her legs

Eyes: Gray-blue surrounded by gold

Breed: Wolfdog [mostly wolf, but part Siberian Husky]

Mother: Aleu [1/4 wolf, 3/4 dog]

Father: Niju [purebred wolf]

Clan Alliance: Nava's former Clan, the Kawa

Relation to Balto: Aleu and Niju's third pup in their first litter; sibling to Orca [older brother], Nessy [older sister] and Chinook [younger brother]

Basic Information: Not much is known about Baltine yet. She was born with her siblings - Orca, Chinook and Nessy - in a cavern a couple of years after Aleu joined the world of the wolves as the Alpha of the Kawa Clan and less than a year after Aniu's blessing of her union with the once-rebel wolf Niju.

Aleu christened her "Baltine" after her famous half-wolf grandfather, Balto, because of the familiar colors and markings that the two of them shared. She and her family are members of the Kawa Clan, her parents being the Alpha pair. It is suggested that she may be the most likely candidate to lead the Clan when she comes of age.
