Personality: Cady is a very bubbly dog who loves to see others happy. She is very caring and would go out of her way to help a stranger. She is a big sweetheart and can be kind of sappy, and often gives corny heart-to-heart pep talks. However, she’s the dog to go to when you’re feeling down, because she’ll know just how to make you feel better. She has a bit of spunk in her, and there are moments where despite being gentle, she’ll prove she has a lot of fire in her.

Dislikes: Seeing others upset, bullies, rumors, Cobalt

History: Cady was born somewhere in the Nome area to two huskies. She grew up to be a very beautiful dog, and males from all over town fawned over her for her good looks and demure personality. One dog in particular, Steele’s son Cobalt, was determined to win Cady over, but often made her uncomfortable and tried to coerce her, kind of like what Steele would do to Jenna. Cady hated being treated this way and would always panic whenever she saw Cobalt. However, she could always rely on Cobalt’s brother Tungsten to protect Cady when she needed. However, Tungsten was shipped off to be on a sled team in Nome, so Cady essentially had nobody to protect her from Cobalt. One night, Cobalt made so many advances on Cady and was making her feel extremely uncomfortable; he even went so far as to threaten to hurt her if she refused to go out with him. This left Cady traumatized for a while, and so for a while, she hated going near any male dogs.

    She was relieved when her owner had to move to Nome, and she was finally able to get away from Cobalt. She was overjoyed to be reunited with Tungsten, the one male she really trusted. Tungsten introduced Cady to all his friends on his sled team, and Cady got along with all of them very well. She was a little hesitant about Kodi, Ralph, and Kirby at first since they were males, but eventually warmed up to them and realized though she needed to be cautious, she shouldn’t be afraid of every male dog that came her way. She was also friends with Dusty and Kodi’s sister Kiska, the girls on the mail team. However, things changed one day when Cady met Dingo, the younger brother of Kodi and Kiska. Dingo wasn’t a sled dog like his siblings or father; he was kind of just a “nobody,” as he put it. Cady still liked Dingo though, believing he was the sweetest dog she had ever met. However, as she got closer with him, she couldn’t help but notice what a low self esteem Dingo had. He wasn’t a sled dog like his dad and siblings, wasn’t popular like his sister Saba, and certainly wasn’t a pack leader like his sister Aleu. He felt he had nothing go for him. It broke Cady’s heart to hear Dingo speak like this about himself, because she personally thought he had a lot to offer. Eventually, she and Dingo started dating, and she helped Dingo to see that he didn’t need to perform some amazing feat in order to be worthy. Finally, Dingo felt good about himself. Cady and Dingo eventually became mates and had five puppies.
