Name: Rocky
Age: About 4 years younger than Kodi and Aleu
Species: Siberian Husky
Siblings: Yana, Bailey, others
Mate: Kivalina
Pups: Caton, Hudson, Terra, Naia, Alpine, and Klondike
Personality: Very mellow and easygoing. He’s a true gentleman and is extremely respectful of others, though he is also not afraid to stand up for what he believes is right. He’s quite soft-spoken and believes actions speak louder than words. He sometimes can be a bit proud, though not in a bad way; he just enjoys to strut his stuff. He cares deeply about others and hates to see others upset, even if they are a complete stranger. He is more on the quiet side but can get chatty like his father and grandfather when he’s nervous or excited.
Likes: Kivalina, racing, chew toys, biscuits, sleeping, car rides, alone time, nighttime
Dislikes: Bullies, violence, seeing others hurt/upset, feeling overlooked
History: Rocky was the eldest pup of the second litter of Taiga and Cooper (Kaltag’s son). Like his parents, grandfather, and many of his siblings, he was trained to be a sled dog. He eventually joined the mail team that Kodi’s son Prudhoe was on, and the two became close friends. One day, he noticed that Prudhoe’s sister, Kivalina, looked depressed, so he went to see what was wrong. Kivalina admitted that she felt as though she was invisible to her father, who seemed to pay much more attention to Kivalina’s sister Willow. Rocky assured Kivalina that she was still appreciated, and although he didn’t know her super well, offered to take a walk with her through the forests and take a swim in a nearby lake so that she could decompress. Kivalina accepted, and after spending the day with her, Rocky realized he liked Kivalina. Prudhoe was a bit weirded out by the thought of his best friend and sister dating, but he eventually came around to it. Kivalina still often felt invisible, but Rocky helped her to feel seen. They eventually became mates and had a litter of six.
Relation to Balto: Kaltag’s grandson
