In the part of the movie when Balto was showing Jenna into the boiler room and lifted his foot and said "After you." , Jenna looks at his paw and then looks surprised or sly (I dont really know.) ,then Balto looks nervous at first (correct me if im wrong.) and says "Big paws kinda run in my family...at least one side of my family."                                     Was that part of the movie meant to show how Balto felt about his wolf side? My friend thinks it was meant to be some kind of adult humor. But I dont think so.

It was meant to express his wolf side. In real life wolves have big paws, especially compared to your average house dog which is the reason why Jenna has tiny paws. Hope this helps!
