Persona: As a fawn, Kudin was much like his father, Ronno. He was usually arrogant towards others and had a short temper towards overly - happy fawns. He tries his hardest to act like a tough guy around other deer, the only reason being he was proud to be Ronno's son and wanted to prove he's just as strong as him. He doesn't like to make hasty decisions and often wants to think things over before doing something. Even as a young buck there were many things that easily set him off, such as obnoxious deer or other bucks nagging about their strength. Although he tries to ramain composed the buck will eventually go off on these deer, resorting to him backing off since he doesn't like to get his fur ruffled. He's very clean-cut an often grooms himself to maintain a shiny pelt, since he's not great at flirting, he tries to win over the does by looking as neat as possible. Often when he's trying to flirt with a doe, it ends in him losing his cool and stuttering, while some find it cute some other picky does find it annoying, and Kudin is left in the dust by arrogant bucks.

History

It was over a year after Ronno first met Aster that they're son was born. While Kudin luckily had his mother's icy blue eyes, her ear tufts and striped legs were recessive traits, therefor Kudin was born without either, instead having short socks on three of his legs. Ronno wanted offspring quicker than Aster, but the doe was worried for her fawn during Taifa's reign, so she convinced him to wait until the troubling times in the forest were over. While Aster was proud and loving of her first son, Ronno, as stubborn as he was, took awhile to take a liking to his son, for he didn't want him to grow into a soft, caring buck like Bambi.

As a fawn, Kudin followed Ronno everywhere, always on his tail and examining his father's every move. The young deer was blind to the fact that Ronno was an arrogant and stubborn buck, therefor blind to what he was becoming. Although Ronno wasn't at first friendly with his son, every few nights the family would settle down and his parents would tell him stories of the caribou and Taifa's reign, along with the brave bull Tutku and his friends who fought against her. One aspect of the stories that Ronno rarely talked about was his cousin, Indigo. The stories of this cruel buck were better left unsaid, not wanted his son to know there was pure evil in his bloodline.

When Spring came and Ronno and Aster spent more time together, Kudin's aunt Laika would usually play with the young fawn, deciding to take him to the pond for the first time. On their way Kudin was curious and amazed at the stories she told of her mate, Tutku, as she laughed when he made weird faces about a deer and a caribou being together, telling him that she may even bring Kudin to see Tutku one day. As they reached the pond, the fawn looked down at his reflection and his crystal blue eyes lit up with joy. On his head were his first pair of stubby little antlers, overjoyed Kudin wromped around in the pond, getting the amused Laika soaking yet. After that day Kudin focused less on being arrogant like his father, instead doing the best he could to protect his growing antlers.

When Kudin ran into the meadow to tell his few friends about his antlers, the small group simply rolled their eyes and trotted off, for most of the young bucks's anlers were already sprouted awhile ago. This made Kudin snort with jealousy, quickly running up to the of the young does and tried to show off his stubs. One of the male fawns who had a crush on the doe lit up in anger, knocking Kudin onto his belly before the fawn even knew that had happened. When he opened his eyes Kudin saw nothing but a pair of small hooves hovering above him, and within a second there was an imense amount of pain on his stomach, then everything was black. Kudin woke up at the bottom of Friend Owl's tree, his mother and father hovering over him. looking at his stomach he realized there were fresh cuts along his stomach from the other fawn's hooves. Luckily Friend Owl was able to stop the beat down before it got worse, and called for his parents to help the unconcious fawn to his tree to tend the wounds, even though he knew they would never fully heal, instead they would leave long scars along his stomach. While his mother was relieved to see her son okay, Ronno's eyes were filled with anger towards the young buck, lecturing him how he should of been able to defend himself. This day brought different mood over Kudin, a realization that he must make his father proud and show him that he was just as strong as everyone else.

Throughout his fawn-hood, Kudin stopped at nothing to make himself seem like a strong, powerful buck. He requested his father to train with him everyday from high-Sun until twilight. Ronno was pleased to see his son finally become a muscular buck like himself at that age. Finally, Kudin got what he wanted, approval from his father. But the teenage buck wasn't stupid, he knew his father wouldn't be watching him all the time, so he only need to act powerful when his father was around. Luckily, his plan worked. As the buck grew he spent less and less time with his parents, giving him more freedom to do what he wanted. During rut Kudin often stood on the sidelines and watched the stags fight over does with little interest in his eyes. He was yet to ever see a doe that was really worth fighting over, therefor he would rather watch and keep his pelt and dark antlers nice and shiny. The only reason he ever fought was because he saw his father sometimes strut onto the meadow, which forced Kudin to find a random doe that he had little interest in and an opponent, almost always winning the fight only to impress his father before the large stag walked off of the meadow, afterwards apologizing to the buck and doe before trotting back off onto the sidelines. The young buck found a small group of friends that he could act like himself around, and it turns out Kudin is quite the comedian. He finds himself cheering others up everyday, in which he finally took pride in doing something he loved. Under his father's not-so-watchful eye, Kudin became a happy, laid-back buck that wanted nothing more than to make his family and friends happy.
