Kisasi met Hatima while he was bringing Hadiya home and he told her about what had happened. Kisasi chuckled as he realized that Hadiya had fallen asleep.
Kaidwa raced ahead, leaving Sintaro in the dust. As he arrived at the lake, he waded into the shallows and waited for his brother to catch up to him. "Hurry up Sintaro!" Kaidwa called behind him. He didn't like to be kept waiting.
Makuti looked down at Jiana on the ground. "Why?" Makuti said with a growl. "So you can make fun of me too?"

Hadiya tossed and turned in her sleep. She dreamed of Running through the long grass with Aziza, Then a large tan lioness appeared out of the shadows Her red eyes glowing with revenge was she clamped her huge jaws over Aziza. Hadiya woke with scream.

Kisasi sprang to his paws as he heard Hadiya scream. He ran over to her and started licking her fur to comfort her. "What's wrong sweetie?" He said in-between licks.
Kaidwa sprang away from his brother and bowled him over. They rolled around on the ground and Kaidwa landed on top. "Pinned ya! And i am not a cheater." He said as he jumped of Sintaro.
Makuti gazed and looked at her sister. "Because everybody else always does." She said as her eyes started to well up with tears. She shook her head to get rid of the tears and jumped out of the tree. "Nevermind, just forget it." Makuti said as she raced away through the bushes.

"I had a bad dream!" She rubbed her muzzle with her paw. She flexed her claws thinking about the dream again. She stood up on her tiny legs and shook her dark brown pelt and sat down and started to lick her paw.

"What was the bad dream about?" Kisasi asked Hadiya with concern on his face.
Kaidwa shrugged. "Wanna go find Makuti and scare her?" He suggested with a sly grin on his face.
Makuti glared at her sister. "I said drop it alright?"

"I was just running around with Aziza then a large lioness apeared out of the shadows, she stared at me with scary red eyes then she ate Aziza" She cried pushing her head into her mothers shoulder. She turned to see her siblings pinning each other and laughing, She sigh, she hated being the runt, she could never play with her siblings cause they were all to strong. she put her head between her paws and cried.

"It's alright sweetie." Kisasi said as he picked her up and placed her between his paws. He gave her soothing licks between her ears and nuzzled her to make her feel better.
Kaidwa gasped as he saw blood welling up from where Jiana had bit him. "Jiana you actually hurt him! We were just play-fighting!" He yelled, about to pounce on his sister.
"Kaidwa! Stop it!" Makuti yelled as she threw her self between him and Jiana right as Kaidwa jumped at Jiana. Kaidwa hit Makuti in midair and she landed on the ground with a hard thump. The breath was knocked out of her and her vision was blurry.

Hadiya got up and padded up to her siblings She looked up at them "could i play" She squeaked pawing at the ground as a image of the lioness evil red eyes flashed in her mind. She noticed that her sister was missing and Sintaro was bleeding
(Remember that her siblings dont like to hang out with her cause shes small and weak)

Kisasi ran up to his cubs. "What happened?" He demanded seeing Sintaro bleeding, Makuti laying on the ground, and Jiana missing. He ran over to Makuti and licked her, feeling relief wash over him as he detected the lioness's heartbeat.
Kaidwa stood in shock as he saw Makuti laying on the ground, unmoving. "Is she okay?" Kaidwa asked, his voice barely over a whisper. He saw Hadiya standing next to Sintaro with wide eyes.
Makuti stirred as she felt someone licking her. "Dad?" She asked as she opened her eyes. Her vision had cleared, but she was still trying to get her breath back.

Hadiya watched her family members gather around her siblings, She crounded and stalked away into the bushes, She trotted to the watering whole and sat in the long grass and watched zebras and all the other animals pass by to drink form the cool refreshing water, Aziza landed on her shoulder and watched with her.
