Kisasi turned to Kaidwa. "Go find Jiana." He watched Kaidwa run off and directed his attention back Makuti. He carefully picked her up by the scruff and carried her back to the cave. He gently laid her in her bed of moss. "Sintaro! Come here." He checked over Sintaro's injury. "It'll be fine, no more play-fighting for you for a few days though." Kisasi said, licking the blood off.
Kaidwa raced away from his family and followed Jiana's scent trail. "Jiana" He called. "Dad said I had to come find you and bring you back!" He gazed up into the tree Jiana was in and heard her crying. "Come on Jiana." he said.
Makuti was relieved to be back in her bed and slipped into a deep sleep as soon as her father had set her down.

A zebra foal trotted bravely up to Hadiya. Hadiya smiled and stood up to face it. She pawed gently at the zebras nose. The zebra reared up playfuly and snorted, Hadiya giggled and ran after it. The zebra sprinted away bucking its back legs playfuly teasing her. Hadiya tackled the zebra gently, they both rolled in the grass laughing

Kisasi gaze softened as he looked at Sintaro. "It wasn't your fault." He said gently.
"Jiana, please come down." Kaidwa begged as he gazed up at her.

The zebra yawned and curled into a wired ball. Hadiya blink sleepily at the zebra and curled up beside it. She yawned before closing her eyes and drifting to sleep beside the zebra

Kisasi watched his cubs sleep. They need to learn how to get along, Kisasi thought.
"Well if you aren't going to come down, then i'm coming up." Kaidwa said as he clawed his way up the tree. He snuggled in beside his sister and closed his eyes. "So are we just going to stay up here all night?" Kaidwa asked without opening his eyes.

Hadiya woke up and the zebra was gone, she sighed and stretched and padded towards the water hole, she bent down to drink, she opened her eyes to see a black and white blurr beside her, she looked over to see the zebra neigh playfuly and rear up to face her. Hadiya ran in front of the zebra and it chased her. She laughed as the zebra leaped and landed in the soft grass beside her. Hadiya bent down and help it up.

Kisasi sighed and curled up between his two cubs. Wait, where are Kaidwa, Jiana, and Hadiya? He thought He padded out of the den and after walking a little bit, he almost stepped on Hatima who was curled up asleep. He nudged her. "Hey, I need you to help me find the cubs." He said as Hatima woke.
Kaidwa grunted in reply and fell asleep beside his sister.

A Adult zebra appeared out of the long grass and neighed to her foal, The foal trotted off and her mother and vanished into the shade of the Acadia trees, leaving Hadiya alone in the clearing. She smiled as Aziza perched on her shoulder

Kisasi padded away, following the faint scents of Kaidwa and Jiana. "Kaidwa, Jiana!" He called into the falling darkness.
Kaidwa stirred as she heard a voice calling through the trees. He nudged Jiana. "Jiana, do you hear that?" He asked, his voice shaking from cold and fear.
Makuti woke to an empty cave except for Sintaro. Where is everybody? She thought with a twinge of fear. Not wanting to leave the cave while she didn't know where her parents were, she stood and padded over to Sintaro. She curled up against him and fell to sleep again.

Hadiya ran over to some long grass and rolled in it, a grass hopper flicked by, she smiled and watched it hop from one blade of grass to the other, it hopped onto her nose and made her sneeze. It flew away as the the lose plant leaves flew around in the wind blowing her fur around
