Thiw is not an thread were we discuss but a n thread were we talk about Aleu and of she's an teenager or not. Am I clear?

Um,this topic is about Aleu being a teenager.

No, she is a bit older than that. Why? well, a one year old wolf is half grown, a two year old wolf is about full grown, Boris said that shes over a year, so maybe she is about a teenager. so i think shes about almost full grown, about almost twenty in human years. so shes not that old but not too young, shes definately not a baby, anyone can call their dad "papa", no matter their age. i think that Aleu is about a bit over one year old,(in wolf years), and about seventeen, eighteen or so in human years. this makes her parents kind uv old ROLF*

As a huge fan of WQ that I am (seriously . . . I love the film over the third. No joke.), I believe that perhaps the writers (and the character designers as well) wanted Aleu to seem not quite as a pup but also not quite grown-up . . . so yes, she would seem to be what we consider as a "teen-ager."

Here's my proof:

Aleu is quite headstrong and stubborn, a typical characteristic for teenagers (most especially because she also got it from her daddy). Also, like all other characters from other sequels and movies that fit her personality (Kiara - TLK2; Melody - TLM2; Scamp - L&T2; Ariel - TLM; etc.), Aleu learns of how different she is and longs only for a place to belong and to really discover who she really is meant to be (kind of like all of us at one point or another). In other words, she suffers through a moment of teen angst, which seems to be normal. By her attitude throughout the most of the film, she is naturally curious and like everyone should (eventually), she learns to listen and discovers things that not even her father could. (Sure, not teenagers can do that, but it's worth a shot, right?)

I'm sure there's other things that could further explain this, but the script also proves that she isn't grown, but more of a child still (Boris says the whole "at over a year old" thing, and I guess Balto still doesn't think Aleu's ready to be on her own because of the fact that she's homeless for now. Perhaps getting adopted is like . . . a rite of passage, like weaning from mother's milk? Who knew?).

But still, Aleu's a trademark teen. Mature and childish when she wants to be, but doesn't like to be considered as her father's "baby" since she's old enough to be on her own (strange how she never left him prior to the truth of her heritage . . . anyone ever think of that?).

Just my two cents on the matter . . .

no. Aleu is about 1 year old, right? that's about 7 dog years. So no, shes not a teenager. Good guess, though.

Aleu is a teenager., why?, because she have the classic actitude of the teenagers!, look, I´m a teenager too, and i also feel sometimes to not really know who i am, and i have this fastly humor changes, it is normal, we teenagers are like this.

She's probly, 6 months, at the most. Maby even a year.

Based on her experience and attitude and how she feels about her father's overprotectiveness, she is a teen to me. You don't see adults complaining about being called baby by their father everyday. When I see grown ups being called baby by their [arents, they just smile or laugh or raise an eyebrow or something like that. But that's my opinion. And her voice sounds too young to be an adult. Not to mention her older self in WQ is only one year old. She was born in spring, and when they showed her pounce on the Muk and Luk, it has been her second spring, meaning it has been one year.
