Well... I was just saying because the plot fits right for an anime! look at Wolf's Rain for example, no one likes wolves! and Lucky Star another example, Konata is always bullying some pink-haired girl just like Steele is to Balto!

For you maybe, but the majority of us don't exactly see eye-to-eye with you on this. There's just so many aspects that a good movie for a specific genre requires (as well as many small x-factors.) that it's not like making that movie into another style is going to instantly make it a big hit. A movie remade in a different style isn't always able to create the same feeling or include the same aspects and features the original had, and that is going to be just the case if Balto is made into an anime.

Like I stated earlier, all anime is are just cartoons that come from Japan. :/
