Personality: Very lady-like. She's well mannered, even tempered and loves kids (human and canine alike xD)

Likes: Males, snow, pups/children, racing for fun, being in the company of others

Other: Helena was born in Rovaniemi, Finland and continued living there until she was about three months old before being sold to a man in Nome. Her owner was a kind gentleman and she learned a lot from him. She picked up English from other dogs around town, even though she has a slight Finnish accent. Most of the males she's met think its cute and hope she'd want to be their mate. She doesn't seem interested in anybody except for one male husky called Name. She hasn't gotten up the guts to talk to him yet, but is gathering the courage to do so. when she finally does say something to him, she makes the mistake of nuzzling his deaf ear and gets the wits scared out of her when he reacted to it being touched. Feeling like she did something for him to hate her, she sulked around town for a while before laying down to rest in the boiler room. Name felt guilty for scaring her and went to look for her. When he found her and talked things out with her and they became friends. Name even introduced her to his Klee Kai friend Star. The three are almost always seen together and they always have fun. When Helena's not racing with the boys, she's playing referee for them. While she enjoys Star's company just as much as Names', Helena is hoping their friendship will turn into something more...
Other: Was originally created because my ex boyfriend wanted me to draw a Finnish breed and I haven used her since we broke up. But I realized she too awesome to waste xD Picture's on thecharacter page and the bio here has a litle extra. I can't edit the one on her profile >/

I've decided to enter for Name!

Name: Jazzeron

Nickname: Jazz, Jazzy

Gender: female

Age: 2

Breed: German Shepherd

Personality: Jazz is probably one of the toughest dogs you could ever meet. She acts all tough and hardcore all the time but really on the inside she longs for attention and love, she loves it when other dogs pay attention to her and compliment her even on the littlest things. She is also known for snapping at the littlest things even if it means nothing, she can be very defensive. Jazz is really street smart and loves cracking harsh jokes at everyone, one flaw about her is that when she is faced with a problem, instead of working to solve it she tries to ignore it and often runs away from her feelings, literally, she'll "take a break" and run away from everything, usually to be alone. She also hates to see when other dogs get treated the way she did, she likes to be there for them when they are going through hard times.

Likes: Seeing other dogs in action, wheter its being a sled dog or watching dogs train for the K-9 unit, Jazz always likes to see other dogs be happy and she always wishes that she could be like them. She also likes to be in the company of others, usually only one or two dogs, not a huge group. She also loves to run and be active instead of moping around and getting depressed.

Dislikes: Mean and aggressive male dogs, doing nothing, people who don't give a second chance to anyone, seeing others get hurt, pain and suffering.

History: Jazz was born from a long line of professional breeding for police dogs. She was the first female dog in a long time to be selected, but her breeders decided to take a chance and trained her as a police dog. Their first mistake was thinking that they could train her the exact same way that they trained the male dogs. They were extremely rough with her and she was put with many male dogs all the time. This caused her to be extremely rough and tough, athletic, and really aggressive. How else was she supposed to defend herself when a fight broke out between the males? Not saying that Jazz didn't start any fights herself...
But when her trainer failed and she wasn't accepted into the K-9 unit she was adopted off and given to a family. Jazz would often beat herself up, saying that it was her fault that she didn't make it, but it really was the trainers fault for not putting her in the right environment. It went great for awhile in her new home until the kids started rough housing with her, thinking they could tackle her and she wouldn't do anything. Jazz only did what was natural to her, what she did when the older male dogs beat up on her, she fought back. Thankfully she didn't hurt the kids but it gave their parents quite a scare and she was kicked out of their home, and hated by all. Thats why Jazz longs for comfort, attention and love. She was never given it before.

Other: Jazz is now living on the streets since no one will take her in. Waiting until someone would show a bit of kindness to her.

Future Plans: Jazz will continue to live on the streets, always watching working dogs from afar and thats probably how she met Name. One day she might get an owner once she grows up a bit and mellows down from her traumatic past. But for now she'll live on the streets, only mingling with a few close friends and trying to not get involved with to much trouble. Instead she'll work on getting a home and putting her past behind her.
