I think Zira does. She was willing, actually she was practically handing Kovu over to Simba so that he may kill Kovu.

well i still say scar has more evil. come look what happen when he was king. he let the hyinas in the pride lands he killed mufasa and ran lied to simba. and look what happend to the pride lands. every thing was dead

Zira was all mouth and talk really, Scar actually murdered so he is worse.

I agree with Loz. Scar actually did murder some one (Mufasa). Zira was more or less a lot of threats and failed attempts to kill Simba. She seemed to bave more bitter words, but Scar's actions I think, are a greater evil then those words.

You'r right, I never thought of that. Zira did care at least a little for her kids.

i said scar........he is the worst.....zira is not that evil but scar actually murdered so he is the most evil
