Hello Ginga Source.
I decided to post these news some people might find "breaking".
Since Ginga Nagareboshi Gin get many character colours and markings wrong, there were endless discussions about Shiro's official colour. After so many years of speculations, we finally have an answer.
New edition of Ginga Densetsu Riki manga came out in November 9 and to everyone's joy, it featured the first official colored image of Shiro at the back cover. And despite having toned fur in the manga he turned out to be... plain white.
I don't know what else could I expect...

Exactly... But his fur was toned in manga images. I guess that doesn't
mwan anything, Kai Brothers were toned very dark all over their body
and it turns out they have white underbellies xD |

Yeah, but I always liked to think Shiro was like a Great White Shark;
named for his underbelly. It made him original when compared to all
those white dogs named Shiro and explained where Gin got his color
(minus the stripes). In my Ginga universe, I give him his original GNG
silver colors.  |
