Skulblaka_Shur'tugal will be the judge for the 2012 Animation Source Awards. He will be responsible for collecting votes, unlike previous years where multiple judges were used. He will be in charge of the whole awards show.

The rules for 2012 are:

• Nominate only ONE person per award.

• You CANNOT nominate yourself.

• Current judge CANNOT be nominated.

• Judge must remain impartial, thus cannot nominate or vote in the awards.

• Send only ONE nomination pm to the judge. Only the first nomination you pm will be counted, so check it well before you send it!

• You can only nominate people with 3 or more pieces of work.

• Make sure all nominations and votes are in on time. Late nominations and votes will NOT be counted.

• When voting for winners begins, you may only vote for ONE candidate per award. You may vote on each award.

• You must use the correct form to send in your votes, otherwise they will not be counted.

• A member can only win one award per category at a time. In the event that a member has won two awards in one category, they will receive the award in which they had the highest total vote count and the second award will go to the runner up.

• You cannot nominate banned or inactive members, nor can banned members nominate.

• Multiple-account voting is not allowed. Meaning, you can't use multiple accounts to vote for the same person. If this happens, all votes from each account will be discarded.

Character-specific rules

• One character can be nominated by any given person, not a character artist.

• Characters MUST be Source-related in some way.

• NO Sparkle characters. No exceptions.

• Characters nominated must have bios of at least 100 words.
