Personality: Asali is a girl who is not afraid to speak her mind. She expresses her opinions loud and clear, and if she doesn't like someone she sure lets them know about it. Like her older sister, Asali is very stubborn and headstrong, and it's sometimes very hard to control her or keep up with her. Asali hates being told what to do, for she had such a strong will and she does not break down easily. She's a fighter, and when it comes to arguing she never gives up until she's proven her point. Asali loves challenges and knows how to handle a bit more difficult situation, and even though she doesn't like violence, she's ready to fight when she's needed to.

History: Asali and her sister Adanna were born in the Pride Lands. She was 10 minutes younger than Adanna, and always looked up to her big sister in everything. She followed Adanna everywhere, and that sometimed annoyed Adanna a little bit, but she didn't say anything, she was just happy too her little sister loved her so much. When they were cubs, Asali and Adanna loved walking with their mother, as she was showing around the lands and teaching the girls the important thing they needed to know about life, and surviving on their own one day. When she was 3 months old, she befriended a male lion cub named Enzi, who was the son of Vitani and king Simba. She didn't like him at first, because he was originally an outlander and her family hated outlanders, but when she heard his story about how Simba had banished his mother to the jungle where she had to raise him and his sister alone, she started to look at him in a different way, and eventually they became good friends. As they grew older, she eventually started to develope a crush on him, but she decided she'd keep her feelings just to herself, fearing he wouldn't feel the same way, and that she's ruin their friendship. But after a while, Asali noticed Enzi was spending more time with Kovu and Kiara's daughter, princess Jia. Asali was awfully jealous, fearing she'd loose Enzi to the princess. And one day, her fears came true, when she heard that Enzi had become mates with Jia. This crushed Asali's heart, she couldn't believe it was true but it was. Asali left the Pridelands, heartbroken and sad, but when she was escaping, a fire broke out on the savannah, and she was trapped. She collapsed unconcious on the ground, and she would've faced her death, unless a male lion named Renu hadn't showed up, and carried her to safety. When she woke up, Asali found herself by the lake, and the fire had gone out. She starteled a bit when she noticed the male standing in front of her, but he said he wasn't going to hurt her, and that he had carried her away from the flames. They introduced themselves, and Asali thanked Renu for saving her life. They became friends, and Asali explained to Renu why she got trapped in the fire, and why she was escaping, and Renu got really mad, swearing that if he someday saw Enzi, he'd make him pay for hurting Asali. As they hung out together, they got closer, and Asali began to have some real strong feelings for Renu, but she wasn't yet sure of what they were. Soon, she realized she was falling in love with him, and got really scared, because what happened with Enzi was still haunting her mind, therefore she wasn't sure if she should tell Renu about or not, she was afraid that the same thing could happen to her again.
