Kijivu hatched with her two brothers, a forth egg never hatched, There wasnt much to do in there dark tree nest apart from feed when the beak from the outside (her father) would bring her mother food. the frist time she saw sunlight was when her mother broke out of there nest when she and her brothers grew to big, Kijivu was in awe of the sun but it soon dissappered and now her mother would feed them the same way her father did.

It wasn't long before her parents let them group out and showed them how to fly Kijivu was a strong flyer and got the hang of it quickley as did one of her brothers, the other not so much,Kijivu tryed to help him as best she could and they soon got the hang of it.

once Kijivu was ready to she left her parents to find her own place,this would end her up in the pridelands,she liked this place and soon found a tree to call home, not much happened for the frist few years but after some time she couldnt help over hear some lions talking about sending a message to another, Kijiva then flew down to offer her help and soon was sent on her way to a place called 'the tree of life' 
She soon met a golden lion and gave him the message that his sister was expecting cubs the lion thanked her and dismissed her, she returned to the pridelands and told the lions she gave the message , it was then Kijivu relized this was queen kiara and king kovu, Kijivu was then offered to be trained as majordomo as she seems like a loyal bird
