History:
Majira was born into what most would call a meerkat colony, except much larger. Majira referred to her colony as an empire even. The empire was thought to be very fair and prideful, similar to Simba's Pride. However, it was not to last. A large group of male meerkats invaded the colony and terminated any and all other male meerkats, including the children. Majira and the remaining parts of her family were imprisoned and enslaved by the invaders. Majira was never given any education on meerkat life, since she was always doing some form of work for the invaders.

When she grew older, she became a doll of sorts to them; she was thrown around as they took turns beating and assaulting her. Shockingly, she was able to escape her old empire. While on the run, she managed to have a look of her current self; she was a mess. Part of her ribs could be seen, and she overall just looked unhealthy. She was horrified.

Fortunately, luck was on her side. She had come upon a great land full of life, and more friendly meerkats. In a matter of days, it was as if Majira hadn't been through a life of horror. She had been cleaned up by the meerkats, Uncle Max and Ma more particularly, and grew extremely close with her new family. Part of her ribs could still be seen, but she never was too concerned about it since she wasn't being deprived of food. Majira had nightmares about her old colony, mostly about the meerkats that invaded. She felt helpless against the nightmares. However, Ma was there to comfort her whenever she had the nightmares about her old colony.
