Name: Nabila (meaning 'noble')

Parents: Thuweni and Wesesa

Siblings: Kojo, Abasi, Useni, Hamza

Cubs: Ngosi and Sadaka

Personality: Nabila is a headstrong and independant lioness, she likes to do things her own way and hates being told she can't do something, she will go out of her way to prove she can. Some would call her determined and others bull-headed and obsinate. She is smart and is adept at talking her way around situations so that she ends up getting what she wants regardless of the situation. Nabila also has a problem with recognising other's feelings in relation to her own, unable to tell when she is unwanted or when other's are frustrated with her unless it is stated.

History: Nabila was born in a small wandering pride that consisted of her parents and four older brothers, as the youngest cub and only female in her litter. For a time, life was good. She was never rtuly coddled for being the youngest and instead was encouraged to grow strong like her brothers. However, happiness didn't last long for the small family. Her mother, Wesesa, didn't love her father, Thuweni, anymore and left her father and her brothers shortly after Nabila was weane, she never forgave her for leaving.

Nabila was always treated the same as her brothers by their father, taught to fight and to defend their family, the only female thing she indulged in was being taught to hunt. She adored her older brothers, particularly her eldest brother, Kojo, and had a very close bond with them. Her father was always somewhat distant with her because she resembled her mother the most out of all the siblings but she loved her father despite this, at least he didn't leave them to fend for themselves as her mother had. 

Her pride came across very fertile lands that would be perfect for a territory, however, there was also two other prides, the Riverland and Outland Prides, fighting each other. Her family was swayed to the side of the Outlanders and promised that if they fought alongside them then they would be granted a small piece of their lands as a reward. Nabila was only a teenager at this time so it was her brothers who saw more of the fighting than she did, she was often left behind in the Outlands.

However, one by one, her brothers were killed in the war. First was her youngest brother, Hamza, then Abasi and Useni and finally Kojo. By this point Thuweni, was a shell of the lion he used to be, broken by the loss of his sons, and if Nabila wasn't there then she was sure her father would have wandered into a battle and let himself be slaughtered. Finally, her father was killed when he was captured alongside some other Outlander lions. 

Feeling no loyalty, and having lost the will to fight after her entire family was killed, Nabila left the Outlands and vowed never to return there.

She spent years out on the savannah on her own until she ran into a duo of rogue males names Gotto and Leo, intrigued by the pair she offered to join them but they turned her down. She spent a long time hanging around them and when they left she followed them insisting that she was only 'travelling in the same direction as they were'.

Eventually, the mating season came and Nabila went into heat. She mated with both Gotto and Leo, even though she disliked the latter and ended up pregnant. She knew the two would tolerate her even less now that she was with cub they would probably abandon her. She left them before they even realised she was pregnant and hoped that she could find a pride to take her in so she could raise her cubs.

Unfortunately, it was not to be and she ended up giving birth alone on the savannah and died not long after. She had two cubs, Ngosi who was fathered by Gotto and Sadaka who was fathered by Leo.
