Hello all.
So far we have not said anything about allowing Asian animals on LKS. We are aware of them appearing in The Lion Guard (along with polar bears and moose) and have brought it up among us mods.

We have decided that they should be allowed as they are canon but not in the Pridelands, and they should be only seen at and around the Tree of Life. They may know of the Pridelands, but as we do not see any of them visiting the pridelands, this is not allowed at this time, (if the rumored 4th season happens, we will revisit this).

Edit: the following is clearing up a rule that has been in place for a long time. 

We will allow Asian animals so long as they break no other rules, we have also decided to continue to not  allow hybrids of tigers and lions as we do not see them in the show and they only have happened in captivity, this however does not ban all hybrids; hybrids where they have been seen in the wild such as Leopard/Lion will be allowed, we will allow so allow African and Asian Lion hybrids as well as African and Asian cheetah hybrids.

Impossible Hybrids will still remain banned, this meaning we will not allow CheetahXLion hybrids.

If there is interest I will make a forum post to talk more about hybrids on LKS. Moderators are still discussing hybrids who come from captivity.
