In the Timon and Pumbaa episode "Doubt Of Africa" there was a purple tiger. What I want to know is if we are allowed to be her cubs' pages. The episode was set in Africa, probably the Serengeti, so I could make them exist in my universe, right? If you guys can make a lion who has a roaring power exist in your character's universes, then why can't a purple tiger exist in mine?

Yeah, I'd be careful trying to compare Timon and Pumbaa with Lion Guard... They are vastly different. The Hyena Trio went to the North Pole for goodness sakes! I'd say T&P fits more in with the tale-spin verse than actual TLK cannon. Although I don't consider the Liongaurd canon for my own reasons (I only follow the first and second movies) but Lion Gaurd is wayyy closer to TLK cannon than T&P ever will be. And No, I'm pretty sure we don't allow sparkle animals in our fan-characters. But DA is a lovely site where you can create and upload as you please, so I suggest taking them there :]

Lion Guard is not the same and just because some anti-fans consider it uncanon it doesn't make it so. I don't think Disney considers T&P show canon. And really, there is a big difference between limited, shamanic-style "magic" and anthro sparkle animals. I should ask other mods but I'm not sure if whe suddenly start accepting sparkle animals because of a spin-off comedy show that has literally nothing to do with TLK plotline. Shivu> being part lion doesn't make it related to TLK either. Tigers and lions don't even live in the same continent, simple as that. It would need a REALLY good reason why a tiger, or liger suddenly lives in Africa.

I get where you're coming from since Timon and Pumbaa is technically part of TLK-verse but TrollBerserker is also right in saying a lot of the stuff they covered was mainly for comedy purposes and went very out of what The Lion King had already set up (I think there's a few episodes where people are mentioned, yet in TLK people are never established at all, so it's unsure even what time period TLK takes place in) However it is still a part of TLK whether people consider it to be so or not, personally I don't see why a purple tiger can't exist (maybe to make it TLK-related you could say it's a lion-tiger hybrid or something since the rules have changed now for which animals are allowed and which aren't) You could even try making it a darker purple to make it seem black or grey? I'm not sure, as it's not my place to say tbh ^^;

Yeah, but the Lion Guard is also weird and sometimes considered uncanon. It is also weird, it has the roar of the elders, the mark of the Lion Guard, moving paintings.... The characters designs' are weird, too. No real lion looks like Kion. And are we not allowed to have tiger characters who have a reason for being in Africa?
