Sorry if it looked like I talked behing your back, but if you want to know, I already said something on sparkle character rule topic recently.
This is not really a topic for discussion in here (you're welcome on Skype or something like that if you wish), but the activity and member dedication on French side is not just because some rule bending on characters here and there. It's much bigger than that.

And talking about how bad we are behind our back is of course the solution, not talking to us directly :D

As we are at that point, I wonder why there are no games on your side? Why the other sites seem to be so inactive? It's just we have different priorities - we try to make every sites alive and to receive original characters creations, and as least fan characters as possible... So, of course, it's a part we don't really care about.

Some unrealistic colors are authorized as long as they are justified, on our side (like something done by Rafiki for example). Plus, we are working a lot more on original characters and are truly desperate by the fan ones too... But you can't do the world as you want it to be - people will always and always try to send their characters... And with the series coming soon, realistic characters will truly be an old memory, unfortunately...

RLS truly isn't the only site on Animation Source, you should compare all the others one. Official informations and creations are truly different in our both side too, and I have to say I'm prouder of our one.

I noticed that French side allows more bad work like badly painted-over screenshots and sparkle characters, even if it's against the rules (that like Blaze said - should be the same on both sides)

they shouldn't be, the rules are meant to be the same on both sides
