Current Status: After leaving the tribe with Corsen, they went down more in the American West, and decided to live on the Eastern Plateau, where she gave birth to their filly.

Relation to Spirit: Became friends with him after he came to the Lakota Village, and also traveled with him. She is also good friends with Rain.

 History: 

Aridai is a born and raised Lakota Horse. Her mother, Watchera, was a Cavalry Broodmare, and her father was a Cavalry Stud. Watchera broke free from the Cavalry a month before she had her filly. She soon found the Lakota Village and her filly, Aridai there. 

Aridai was born around the same time Rain was, and the two became good friends, and did a lot of stuff together. One of the things Aridai enjoyed the most was getting painted by the village children. It was fun to see what kinds of designs the kids could come up with. 

When it was time for Aridai to be ridden, she was assigned a rider named ‘Shy Cloud’. Shy Cloud was a quite, and kind soul, and Aridai liked that about him. The two got along well and liked playing out in the field with Rain, and her rider Little Creek. 

One day, a few of the Lakota Indians were sent out to the Cavalry base to rescue some of the horses that were there, and bring them back to the village. Shy Cloud and Aridai were one of the pairs assigned, and headed off with a few other members of the village. The plan was simple, sneak in at night, take out the patrollers, board up the cabin doors, break the horses out, and take the horses back to the village. And surprisingly, it worked 

Four Indians took out the men on patrol, and two boarded up the cabin doors of some of the cabins. The rest grabbed all of the horses they could, and ran out quickly and safely, completing the mission. Two horses Aridai had rescued, were two horses named Jet and Amora. She found the two were mates, and were complete opposites. Jet had more salty and angry moods, while Amora was kinder, and gentler. The two balanced each other out, and Aridai liked that about them, and became friends with them. 

When she returned, she had found out her mother had given birth to twin foals. Aridai was shocked, and a bit angry that her mother kept something from her. 

One day, she had been our patrolling with Shy Cloud and a few others, and found two  stallions, one was dead, and the other was laying sleeping sadly next to him. The two other pairs got a few ropes and dragged the passed horse away. At this time, the other stallion woke up, and Aridai and Shy. Cloud took him back. Aridai got to know the stallion, and found his name was Corsen. He was a bit quiet, but as he warmed up he got to be a bit bolder. Aridai liked Corsen, and soon developed feelings for him. 

Aridai also met Spirit when Rain brought him back to the village. He was very confident, and self-centered, but also cared for others. She could tell he was head over hooves for Rain, like the feelings Aridai had developed for Corsen. 

Aridai and Corsen soon became mates, and soon enough, Aridai was pregnant with his foal. Shy Cloud let his mare go, and was sad to see her go. Rain also left with Spirit, and the four traveled together until they parted. Aridai promised to visit Rain from time to time as soon as the foal was born. 

Aridai soon had her and Corsen’s foal on the Plateau they lived on. It was a filly, and they decided to name her Firgrove, after Corsen’s old friend.

Now Aridai visits the village, Rain and Spirit, Jet and Amora, and her mother and her half brother and sister from time to  time with Firgrove, and now, everything seems perfect.
