Granite: Not Divinity's best friend, but she gets along well with the stallion.

The Colonal: Divinity loves the colonal very much, and is very close with him. 

Sgt. Adams: Divinity's groom. He is also very close to Divinity, and enjoys her company thoroughly. He doesn't mind grooming the mare, since the appointed groom doesn't get along with her so well, and is considering asking the Colonal if he may buy her from the cavalry as his personal horse, rather than a broodmare. She considers him to be 'her' human, and wants him to be able to buy her. 

Ghost(By Twily): Divinity enjoys talking to Ghost and watching him excersize. She's very fond of him, and wishes she lived in the same stable as he does.

Liquorice(By Blackhorsebeth): Divinity's best marefriend. Liquorice is in the stall beside Divinity, so they get to talk alot. They're very close, and enjoy gossiping and flirting with stallions together, even though Divinity is less into it.

A cavalry broodmare who enjoys the company of the Colonal and Sgt. Adams. She hopes to be his riding horse later on.

Personality:

Sweet, kind, and considerate. She enjoys the presence of the grooms, but doesn't get along with her stable's groom - she hates him. She can't figure out why, but the two simply do not get along - he is the only human she's met thusfar that she cannot stand. Divinity is eager to please, and loves being around the other mares. She's content with her life, but is very eager at the prospect of being the Sgt.'s personal horse. She won't let anyone else excersize her at all. She loves the other mares, but she gets restless in the stall. She enjoys a good dustbath, but doesn't like to do so very often. She doesn't get short in temper very often, but when she does, she's hard to calm down.

Likes: Dustbaths, Sgt. Adams, being walked, being groomed, getting out of her stall

Dislikes: Being stuck in the stall, older colts, being alone

History

Divinity was born in the cavalry. She was raised through fillyhood and broken to the bridle and saddle, and was to become a broodmare. She was moved into the stables with the others, and she found that she was happy there. She didn't much like not being worked as much as she used to be, but she knew she was well off. She took a sharp south turn, though, the very first day the groom stepped into the stables. She immediately panicked, and he had a terribly rough time with her. He kept trying, but could not get her to cooperate. After several weeks, he gave up and told the Colonal that he could not handle Divinity no matter how hard he tried. He was a good man, but simply couldn't control the mare.

So, after thinking about it, the Colonal decided to give the mare's care to Sgt. Adams. Unlike her first groom, the minute Adams stepped into the stall, Divinity took an immediate shine to him. She stood quietly and moved just so, to where he could constantly get to where he needed her. He came in every day, and after awhile, he noticed that Divinity was getting restless and took her out walk her around the complex. Before too long, she'd become very attached to Adams. Divinity looked forward to his visits everyday, and soon began to consider him to be her rider, even though he had never been on her back.

Before too long, Adams started to think that she the potential to be more than a simple broodmare. He is thinking about asking the Colonal if he could buy Divinity as a personal horse.
