History- Nat was born and grew up along side his best friend Midnight and they would occasionally race each other to go visit Spirit their other friend who lived in the cimarron herd. Nat, Spirit and Midnight would alway go adventuring into the woods whenever they met up, they were all equally scared of the woods but when they were together nothing faisded them. As Nat grew the three boys were inseprable always doing things together but as they grew up Spirit started to drift away from Nat and Midnight because he was starting to become more and more important to his own herd than having time to play with Nat and Midnight.

When Nat and Midnight were teenagers Nat realised that Midnight started to stop hanging out with Nat as much because of Midnights jobs to do with the herd, him being the prince. Nat soon started to look for a mate but he never wanted to settle down with anyone. So Nat decided to get a group of friends together, he wanted to do something for fun one last time before they became adults. They all decided to have a race from one end of the woods to the other to decide what they should do. Nat, Midnight, Mack and drum were at the front Midnight just leading. Till he disapeared Nat was first to realise and stopped quickly followed by the other two Nat turned quickly around to see Midnight getting attacked, Nat ran to help him but was quickly in the same ordeal. Nat started jumping and kicking every direction till he felt something hit his front legs and he was down. Nat fell and smacked his head against the ground, he was quickly covered in ropes and walked out of the woods along side his three friends by the cavalry.

They walked for miles and slowly they stopped to try and break free, their souls were all broken. The further they travelled away from the herd the more their hopes dampened, one day when they were walking past a huge forrest they were met by huge horses mounted by men. They looked up at the horses shocked at the size of them they didn't look down to Nat and his friends they just looked forward, waiting for the next command. They soon turned around and instead of walking they started to trot. As they came to the edge of the forrest they saw a huge cavalry base. When they entered the base everyone paused and watched them walk to the pen. They're mains and tails were all cut and they were put into stables all together.

They had now been there for a couple days and nothing had happened till today, the gate swung open and more men ran outside to help the men at the gate. Nat was intreged to find out what horse/horses was so strong they needed backup for till Nat saw, it was Spirit! Nat jumped up and neighed loudly and all the horses in the stables turned and watched Spirit mess the cavalry around.
