Steele is one of the BEST bad guys And He's awesome too.

Shadow-->I don't get how Steel is so big, he should be a GAINT malamute, but the breed was not invented till the 50's.

Despite being an absolute jerk in the movie, Steele is my favorite character (along with Balto). He is selfish, arrogant, prideful, and a bully, yet he is also a black and white blue eyed husky (I know the book says malamute, but he reminds me of a large, muscular siberian husky) and I have never seen another one in a feature film. I think Jim Cummings did an excellent job voicing him, and I am glad that Brendan Fraser did not get the final role. They did an excellent job on the overall character design and styling, and it is such a shame they had to make him evil. I wish he had redeemed himself in one of the sequels, like in my Golden Collar fanfic.

Though that he's Balto's enemy xD

I glad that Steele is not in Balto 2 and 3, and I wonder what happed to him after Balto 1, but I don't care, Steele is nothing but a bully.
